Great hotel , I love that you can wash your clothes here by yourself without extra pay. Great for when you have been on the road for a while and need to do some washing 👍

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from train station. If you have a big bag take a taxi for CNY10. The receptionists are all super friendly and helpful especially Xiao Meng who walked me to a local restaurant nearby knowing I couldn’t read Chinese signboard. The room is clean and comfortable and has a massage chair - very nice. Free use of microwave and water cooler. The only problem when I was there is there was constructions nearby so iit was noisy even at night. Ask for a room facing a different side might help.

The front desk staff was warm and polite. When checking in, the front desk staff also gave us local yogurt. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, clean and tidy, with an excellent location. It takes about five minutes to walk to the popular Zhengning Road Night Market and about 15 minutes to walk to Zhongshan Bridge. It was a good stay experience. When friends and relatives come to Lanzhou in the future, I must recommend this hotel!!!

It was a very satisfying stay. The front desk upgraded us to a double room when they saw that we had children. The price of this hotel is also very affordable. Although the name is a bit rustic, the hardware is not bad, the room is very clean, and the facilities are well maintained. It is recommended.

This is my second time staying here. I always book this hotel on business trips. The room is clean and spacious. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. I booked two rooms and placed two orders. The front desk immediately called to confirm the situation. They were afraid that I had ordered the same room twice. They were really thoughtful! Because it was the Spring Festival, they also sent us breakfast, especially Lanzhou beef noodles, which was very heartwarming! The parking lot is very large and there are many parking spaces. Don't worry. The security guards at the door are also very responsible, and parking is free! The experience is very good!

The AC was super loud and not working well. There was something bad in the air that made me cough all night, so I barely slept. The air was also very dry, and there was no humidifier to help with that

The service and hygiene are quite satisfactory. The location is not bad. At this price, it is still satisfactory. What satisfies me most is the service attitude. After I checked in, there was a small piece of paper written by the staff on the table, and it was handwritten by myself. It can be seen that they were attentive. There were also four small bottles of yogurt underneath, which gave me a very good feeling. So I still like this hotel very much. If I have the opportunity to come to Lanzhou next time, I will consider this hotel again.

The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is close to the subway, and there are many buses; the attitude of the staff is very good, the service is in place, the room is clean, and the price is very high.

It is near the East Railway Station, not far from the exit, very convenient, there are many places to eat around, although it is on the street, it is basically not noisy at night. The facilities in the house are complete, the price in the off-season is really cost-effective, and I have never stayed in such a cheap Starway again. I especially praise the breakfast, which is included in the room rate. This is basically the most abundant breakfast I have ever seen in a business hotel, no one else, very complete, and there are desserts and fruits, automatic soybean milk machine, great, recommended!
