This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

The hotel is in a prime location, very close to Lanzhou West Station, and very convenient for travel. Opposite is RT-Mart Supermarket, and there are abundant business districts around. The interior decoration of the hotel is very artistic, the reception hall is spacious and bright, the room is equipped with an intelligent system, and there are small robots to help you. The most worthy of praise is the service and pick-up service. I hope your hotel can get better and better!

The hotel is average, but the location is OK, very close to Lanzhou West Railway Station. Since I need to go back and forth from Lanzhou West Railway Station to the airport, this hotel is a good choice. The Provincial Museum is within 3km.

The location is great. It's in the old street and very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel is decorated in a high-end style. The entrance and lobby are also very photogenic. The room is spacious and clean, especially the bathroom sink area. The front desk lady saw that I was with my child and specially arranged a quieter and warmer room with special slippers and toothbrushes for children. During the whole stay in the store, any problems encountered were answered and solved satisfactorily. In particular, the front desk lady C was there from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. She patiently answered questions and her service attitude was very good👍

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply attracted by its unique charm. Walking into the lobby, the warm-toned lights create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The decoration style cleverly combines modern simplicity with the characteristics of the northwest region, which is unique. The warm smiles of the front desk staff are like a spring breeze. Among them, Ms. Tiantian's service is particularly impressive. When checking in, the system suddenly had a small malfunction, and there were several guests waiting behind, and I couldn't help but feel a little anxious. But Tiantian always smiled, gently apologized to me, and coordinated the technicians to solve the problem in an orderly manner. She operated the computer skillfully, her eyes were focused and firm, and she kept comforting me that it would be done soon. With her efforts, the problem was quickly solved. Not only did she help me check in smoothly, but she also thoughtfully upgraded the room type for me. This series of operations calmed my irritable mood instantly, and I admired her professionalism and patience. When I came to the room, it was spacious and bright, and it was decorated very carefully. The bed was moderately soft and hard, and the white sheets and quilts exuded a faint fragrance, as if silently inviting me to have a good rest. There was a magnificent view of the Yellow River by the window, and the river breeze was intoxicating. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were all available. The quality was also quite good, and the details showed the high quality and care of the hotel. The hotel's catering was also commendable. The breakfast was rich and varied, with authentic Lanzhou specialties, such as fragrant beef ramen, soft and delicious gray beans, as well as Western-style bread, milk, fried eggs, etc., which met the taste needs of different guests. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the dining process was very pleasant. The hotel has an excellent geographical location, close to the Yellow River style line, and many surrounding attractions. The famous Zhongshan Iron Bridge and Baitashan Park are within easy reach and can be reached on foot, making travel very convenient. In my spare time, I strolled along the Yellow River, admired the magnificent waves of the Yellow River, and felt the unique charm of this city. It was so pleasant. At every moment in the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the staff. Whether it was the cleaning lady who helped recommend local food or the security uncle who greeted me warmly in the elevator, I felt very warm. This stay at the Yellow River Yinran Hotel was an all-round high-quality experience. It not only provides comfortable accommodation and delicious food, but also makes me feel the warmth of home with its excellent service. If Lanzhou is an unforgettable stop on my journey, then the Yellow River Yinran Hotel is the brightest highlight of this stop. Better than expected, the front desk service is warm and patient, the room is very comfortable, it is also close to Wanda Mao, parking is free, and I will choose to live here. This stay experience is quite good.

I chose Wyndham when traveling with my children. The location is good, clean and tidy. The service is especially good. Xiao Yingzi at the front desk received us at around 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The warm service made us feel warm. I will choose this place again next time. I hope to meet the warm and gentle Xiao Yingzi again.

I have to praise Lanberry Ruihua for my stay this time! Although the hotel is small, it is well-equipped and very exquisite! There is a gym and laundry room in the common area. The gym equipment is brand new, and it's definitely enough for a normal aerobic trip. The laundry room has a dryer, hangers and a row of high-end washing machines. It also has a clothes ironing machine. My shirts are ironed here🤩🤩🤩 The hotel has a good location, very close to the West Railway Station, and the hotel also provides pick-up service. It is convenient for traveling and dining around. Highly recommended! The interior layout of the room is reasonable and warm, and the color decoration is stylish (my favorite is the gradient color glass wall). I also like the bedding very much, and it is very comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene is also very good. The bathroom is fully equipped with dry and wet separation, automatic smart toilet and other facilities. Moreover, the room has excellent sound insulation and complete light control, so your sleep will not be disturbed. Finally, all the service staff were very warm and friendly, and even provided late-night snack service delivered to the door in the middle of the night. 👍👍👍I am really satisfied. The first time I came to Lanzhou, the hotel was strategically located and convenient to travel. The subway exit was there. The room was spacious and the facilities were complete. It would be better if breakfast service was provided.

房間衞生乾淨，衞浴是值得推薦的地方，坐廁是自動加熱的自動沖水，每日備有兩小包酒精棉可擦拭廁板，選酒店的時候不喜歡太多的地毯，所以房間大部分是木或者仿木地板，沒有地毯的異味。酒店三樓有洗烘房，特別適合長時間出差換洗衣物需要洗烘，而且貼上小紙條服務員會幫助完成洗烘後送上房間。一樓的書吧配有本地茶飲三泡台亦可自己沖泡玫瑰或其他花茶，書架上有很喜歡的書目。 深夜粥到：抽了一晚去打卡深夜粥檔，兩款小米大米粥，幾樣鹹蘿蔔海帶酸豆角，鹹鴨蛋居然是有油的，醃得不錯。
