去年九月敦煌之行在蘭州過度，當時對這家酒店讚不絕口，硬件不錯，衞生也很潔凈，標準化服務，服務人員都很熱情，西站接送，走時還有伴手禮。今年甘南一行又選擇了這裏，感覺比去年差距差了很多。大堂的公區雖説有水和飲料，基本見底，放紙杯的託盤裡都是灑了的水，茶几上的紙杯根本沒人收拾。出門二小時後回來，茶几上的紙杯還是散落在遠處。退房時伴手禮也沒有了，前台一副公事公辦的態度。不知道為何短短一年，整體服務差距那麼大，和前台反映這些問題，前台説有一部分客人都提到過，問題產生的原因不知道，無語，不知道如何作答。看來下次來蘭州需要換地方了。
