Nice and responsive front desk and super spacious room. Bathroom is spacious and clean and comfortable. There are nine restaurants around and convenient.

One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at this trip. The room was especially nice and very reasonable. They even had cute little robots bring your tea to your room. Staff was really nice and helpful. If we are back in Lanzhou will definitely stay there again.

特意選擇了建國酒店，卻遭遇了一次極差的入住體驗。
1. 兒子先入住時，就發現網絡不暢。隨後我入住辦公，同樣遇到網絡問題，幾經調試後才恢復正常。之後，工作人員為表歉意送來一盤水果。
2. 凌晨四點左右，房間裏竟出現至少十衹蚊子，兒子身上被叮咬得滿是紅包，照片清晰可見；同時空調效果也很差。這讓一大早的我們極為惱怒。客房服務人員進房查看後，態度淡然，彷彿事不關己，前廳後來送來了風油精。
3. 空調效果始終不佳，維修師傅上門檢修後，問題依舊沒有解決。
4. 客房工作人員檢查後稱，是紗窗未關導致蚊子進入，而紗窗未關是清潔人員打掃時疏忽所致。更令人費解的是，27樓的高度即便紗窗未關，也不該有這麼多蚊子，這足以説明酒店衞生狀況堪憂。
這些問題嚴重影響了我們的心情：本以為選擇建國酒店，能給兒子提供一個良好的學習和休息環境，沒想到這樣的體驗直接干擾了孩子的學習狀態。
需要説明的是，我認為這些問題並非基層服務人員的責任。出現問題後，個別工作人員，尤其是前廳人員，都在積極處理。真正的癥結在於管理：正是因為管理上缺乏管控、檢查和培訓，才讓這些問題的出現成為必然。這暴露了管理層的不作為——忽視細節、不顧品質，完全沒有落實精細化管理。這樣的管理層，尤其是負責人，真該好好學學如何務實管理。如此優質的硬件設施被白白糟蹋，也嚴重損害了建國酒店的品牌聲譽。

房間裏隨處可見的商品，明碼標價，唯獨一個布制洗衣袋寫非贈品還沒有明碼標價，用了一個扣款53元，也不知道是唐朝的絲綢還是明代的孤品，就一個字“貴”。高級酒店住多了，把掙錢擺在服務之上的獨此一家！慎選！
