Hotel Homeinn Plus di Lanzhou

The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

Hotel location is the best value for money. Walking distance from the Yellow River Steel Bridge and Xiguan Mosque. Metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel. The front-desk guy was friendly and they provided us with extra water bottles. However the standard room I booked had no window but it wasn't clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Water mixer of the wash basin was confusing and we figured out how to get the hot water on the second day.

Had a room the view was too good. Overall the room is very clean and tidy, but lack of mini bar aminities. The layout is good and the space just nice not too big not too small. No international channels but i'm fine with it but the internet is wonderful, We enjoyed our stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was very comfortable. The AC did work properly. In fact, the temperature was friendly .The hotel is not on the main road, but is on a side street to the right. Can be seen from the sidewalk. There are lots of local restaurants, fruit stands and street food near the hotel. The staff are super friendly although not much English language skills. English/Chinese translation Apps were very helpful and a must.

Very happy with my stay. The reception is not located on the ground floor but staff make it very easy for you to find the elevators. The room was very clean and well maintained. All facets of the suite worked very well. The “Executive Lounge” is located in the lobby and contains a fair selection of Whiskeys and Wines. This was my first time staying in a Hilton, this hotel has now set a bar for my hotel experience.

The hostel is a very particular Japanese style place. Although the first night it was a bit cold, the owner let me move to another room and the tatami room was fantastic, warm and cozy. She is definitely the best part of the hostel; a kind and helpful old lady who runs one of the best hostels I have been to. Moreover, the location is perfect and the bathroom are quite clean, plus the laundry service is free!

Service: The hotel is very comfortable to stay in, and the facilities and equipment are also complete. The takeaways ordered are all delivered to the room by robots. There are many delicious foods next to the hotel, and the waiters are all very enthusiastic. The concierge Xiao Ma and Xiao Su helped me pull my luggage and provided thoughtful service and directed us to the shortcut. In the evening, they also sent fruit to the room, which was really thoughtful. The front desk lady sent two bottles of free mineral water when I checked out in the morning. The concierge Xiao Ma also helped me take my luggage to the car. Hygiene: The hotel service is very considerate and attentive, the room is warmly decorated, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The disposable items in the bathroom are all disinfected and individually packaged. The area is also large, and it is very quiet to rest. In short, the hygiene is impeccable. It is really clean. I didn’t even use the disposable bed quilt I brought with me. The service is on call! You can also store your luggage when you check out, which is great! Environment: The environment is rated 5 points! The decoration is very tasteful. The room arranged by the front desk can see the night view of the Yellow River. It is very quiet at night, providing us with a very quiet resting space. The room is well-oriented and full of sunshine. You can also bask in the sun at noon, which feels very healing. The night view is also invincible! At the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou, I felt the perfect combination of high-quality service and comfortable environment. I sincerely recommend it to my friends. Facilities: I was impressed by the accommodation experience at the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou, and the service was thoughtful. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete, and catering and entertainment are all available. The internal facilities of the room are great, including air conditioning, water heaters, etc., and it also provides smart projection with clear and fast Internet speed.
