很生氣，因為看了訂單雙床的房間有兩種，一種是閣樓款，一種是平頂的，特別避開閣樓的房間下單的，最後卻安排了一間閣樓給我！！如果是這樣，乾脆別分類了，衹有一種房型就好了！閣樓的樓梯又很陡！孩子上去下來都説害怕！真是生氣！！！
設施：很差。閣樓一大部分是不能用的，大人要低着頭走！
衞生：還行吧，因為太冷了，全家沒洗澡
環境：一般般，因為我討厭那個閣樓！不過晚上挺安靜的！
服務：管家服務很好，有問必答，就是給我安排了一個貨不對板的房間，太生氣了！！！

房東小姐姐人特別好很熱情，可以自己挑房間。小孩一來就看中了閣樓的房間，房間面積很大，有天窗，透過窗户可以看到窗外的竹葉搖曳，太愜意了！雖然錯過了雪，但看到了絕美日出，跟山水畫似的。下次下雪再來看下不一樣的景

環境：客棧環境太舒適漂亮了，超出預期。
