Our stay at Blue Pine Resort was nothing short of magical. The serene location amidst nature provided a much-needed break from city life. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, ensuring our comfort at every step. The food was a highlight, with delicious Indian cuisine that left us asking for more. An unforgettable experience that we can't wait to repeat. I booked visiting Delhi office in Tilak Nagar Metro Station.

We had a wonderful family stay at Blue Pine Resort, Lansdowne. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed indoor games like carrom, table tennis, and trampoline, while we tried rope climbing, archery, and even the Burma Bridge. The infinity pool was a great place to relax. There’s also a spa with steam, sauna, and Jacuzzi for those looking to unwind. Do note that some services are chargeable—like the spa, pool table (Rs 300/hour), and swimming costumes (Rs 100 for men, Rs 200 for women). Overall, it’s a great mix of adventure and relaxation—perfect for a family getaway. Book in advance please.

Disappointing Anniversary Experience at Bluepine Resort, Lansdowne We recently stayed at Bluepine Resort, Lansdowne for two days to celebrate our anniversary, but the experience was quite disappointing and not at all what we expected. We had informed the resort 15 days in advance about our anniversary celebration and requested a simple room decoration with balloons, an anniversary tag, and a half-kg chocolate truffle cake with a “Happy Anniversary to us” message on it. On the day of check-in, we reminded Mr. Mukesh Rawat about these requests. However, the room was decorated with just a balloons. There was no tag, no message on the cake, and shockingly, even the cake was not fresh. After just one bite, my daughter complained of stomach pain, so we didn’t touch the cake further. The cake flavor was also not as requested. To make it worse, when we asked for a cake candle, they handed us a large regular candle and said, “This is the candle.” It was honestly quite ridiculous. When I raised the issue, Mr. Rawat argued instead of accepting the mistake, saying he had already informed us that they couldn't provide the tag or the message. If that was the case, he should have clearly communicated that beforehand — I could’ve arranged everything on my own. Despite all this, they charged us ₹1000 for basic balloon decoration and ₹500 for the cake, which was not at all worth it. While the room and other staff were fine, this experience completely ruined the essence of our anniversary celebration. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper arrangements and communication in the future, especially for guests visiting for special occasions. Room was spacious and cleaned, Location & Room view was amazing. Need to improve food quality.

Beautiful place with lovely views of the mountains . Rooms are also well planned with good provisions. The resort is easy to reach with good connectivity with roads. Food was also nice and made as per our requirement. Overall very good experience.

After meticulous research – Friends, MMT, TripAdvisor, even ChatGPT, one name kept surfacing: Blue Pine Resort. It ticked all my boxes-location, amenities, views and more. Calling them directly paid off-an upgrade/ overall better deal, thanks to the proactive reservations desk – Dharmender. My initial room had minor issues (noise, views) but Mgmt. team- Vikram Patwal, Mukesh Negi swiftly shifted me to a prompt spot. There attentiveness mattered, especially with my 73-old-mother. Amenities – impressive: Pool – dived in despite the icy chill-Unforgettable, Café, Spa, Gym, Nature Walks – Fully utilized. Adventure Zone, Burma Bridge, Swings – great for kid. Evenings: Music, bonfire, dance – Fun to join. Food – Solid Indian cuisine stood out- we even asked for recipes. Suggested they expand to cuisines beyond Chinese and Indian. Service was great Initially we booked for 3 nights, stayed 6. Would have extended further but they were fully booked for Holi. Lansdowne = Blue Pine Resorts; No second thoughts, Happy Travels!!!

Only one word can describe the experience of Blue Pine Resort, and that is "fantastic"... I visited Lansdowne with my elderly parents and children on March 21, 2025. In my family, there were members who were 7 to70 years old, and everyone had a great time at this resort. The entire resort felt like an adventure park, and during our two-day trip, we spent an entire day just enjoying the resort’s activities. From the swimming pool, daily terrace DJ party, swings, Burma bridge, commando training, archery, cricket, chess, ludo, carrom, gym, table tennis, and beautiful selfie points—everything was free! My kids had an amazing time. The hotel’s service and food were both excellent. Their breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The rooms and washrooms were very clean and well-maintained. Thank you, Blue Pine Resort, for making our Lansdowne trip truly memorable!
