The property is absolutely beautiful. It is very peaceful and quiet. Love the greenery around the house and the breakfast on the deck was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. The host is very very nice and helps with what to see in the area and where to eat. All his recommendations were excellent. I would go back and stay there again. My husband and I highly recommend this place for ambiance, cleanliness, friendly host, delicious fresh breakfast every morning.

Great breakfasts...host knows how to prepare some lovely meals. Full kitchen, living room and associated vinyl and books available to guests. Sunny balcony in a peaceful setting.

We didn’t know what to expect upon arrival, however we were pleasantly intrigued and surprised. The host, Stéphane was most helpful and accommodating. His breakfasts are better than any brunch restaurant in the area, hands-down. Abundant, fresh, tasty and creative. We had breakfast on the terrace among the chirping birds and it was so very calming and charming. On the subject of creative, Stéphane has an incredible collection of artwork, many dynamic abstract canvases created by him, a collection of beautiful books as well as vinyl albums and a wide selection of movies. He has a wine selection and can even provide meals at an extra cost. He offered us a tasty cider upon arrival and gave good advice as to what was worth a visit on our weekend getaway. The room was impeccable and large. Comfortable bed, extra pillows, enormous sparkling-clean bathroom with deep tub and a ton of crisp white towels and quality toiletries. You won’t need to pack blow dryer or curling iron or even shampoo or lotion. All I needed was deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush and hairbrush. Stéphane leaves his guests to relax and enjoy the shared living space and we found him to be very laid-back and generous. It felt like a cultural home away from home. Delightful Stay Quiet property in beautiful forest setting. Nice decor and spacious room. Very personable and accommodating host. Both breakfasts were truly memorable. We had other plans so could not avail ourselves of the host's dinners. Only one of the rooms apparently has an ensuite, so if that is important to you take care when choosing your room.

Lots of stairs to get to rooms, so not appropriate for people with mobility issues. Door to room sticks. Door to bathroom sticks. Host did not make eye contact or introduce himself which was disconcerting. Would suggest that wifi password be included in room literature.
