Sadly, this looks like a place that desperately needs renovation. It looks quite neglected, from walls screaming for new paint, to torn bedsheets, to broken pipes in the bathroom leaking water.
Also, some things are not as advertised in their profile. There is no 24 hour front desk - in fact, check in is very simple, you come to a desk, and find the key with the sticker with your name on it (it would be nice if they informed guests about this).
Also, there is no hot water in the bathroom (even if room description claims otherwise), nor electric kettle in the room.
There was also no toilet paper, but after i sent them an email about it (remember, no 24 hour front desk), they brought a roll with an apology.
They were nice enough to extend my check out for an hour. But more than just being flexible, i think their business would improve if they invested more into maintenance of the place.

Good value for money. Our room had a view of the bay. The staff are amazing, breakfast was also OK for the price. This hotel is a little dated, , you can see that rooms are somewhat tired. I didn't like the blue towels in the bathroom, they had a funky smell. Otherwise, it's truly worth the money.

For those who travel with kids I would recommend this hotel. Spacious room, large car park space, even the building looks old but your room look nice and if you lucky enough can get room with sea view. You can see the ship and ferry from your room. Hotel also has their pool and kids mini splash, love it.

The hotel is quite old. TV channel is just standard dtv malaysian (some channels is not received too) The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. They have a bathtub in the bathroom but the water temperature often changes. It is difficult to get the desired temperature. The room is not very clean and there is an unpleasant smell. The way to the room is also dim with broken lights. We Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. 2 days of early breakfast and a little because of many activities. The last day came late around 9:30am unfortunately at exactly 10am they had turned off the lights in the area to take food. More disappointing, they also turned off the coffee water mixing switch and lifted all the cereals inside. The chef also told other staff to clean up the food preparation area while there were still customers there. In many places I have been to, this is the first hotel that is very rude to treat customers like this. The food is not good, the attitude is also bad. The food at the night market opposite this hotel is much better! This hotel does not reflect the 4-star standard at all and I think with the experience I have had they do not deserve it.

While the hotel is old, it is well-maintained. The room was clean, and I appreciated the spotless bathtub and the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light in. The mood lighting in the room was just right, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The gym is not large, and the equipment selection is limited, but it’s decent for a quick workout. The dry sauna was surprisingly spacious, with separate areas for men and women. As for breakfast, the selection was not extensive but sufficient, and the taste met my expectations—I didn’t have a hard time deciding what to eat.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. While the price felt slightly high compared to hotels in Kuala Lumpur (likely due to school holidays), it was still an economical option considering the service and facilities provided. Overall, a pleasant stay in a convenient location!

The hotel is located at the end of Cenang Beach. Although it is not on the main road, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. It is very quiet. Most of the people staying in are foreigners. The hotels are townhouses with small tables and chairs outside. The hotel’s own swimming pool is very clean and suitable for children to play. Wake up in the morning, the child accidentally discovered the little squirrel on the coconut tree. He was very excited. The only drawback is that the hotel does not provide breakfast, and there is no shop nearby for breakfast. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk of the famous Zhuofeng Seafood, Zhonghua Tower, and Zhenlang Ice Cream. There is a big life supermarket next to the Zhonghua Tower, where you can buy bread and instant noodles. In short, we highly recommend this hotel, it is quiet and private, and there are few people in Cenang Beach at this end, the sunset is so beautiful!

Highly recommend this hotel! ! !
Although it was opened in 2009, the facilities and equipment are very new, the rooms are very big, there is a small yard, and the swimming pool is at the door. The accommodation environment is very quiet and the ecological environment is great. It is my dream villa! The breakfast at the hotel is very Western-style, the coffee is freshly ground and hand-brewed, and the thick egg yoguraki is absolutely delicious, with no flaws at all!
The boss’ grandfather is Irish and has lived in Langkawi for 24 years! The hotel does not accept children very much because they are afraid that children will affect the rest of other guests. However, the grandpa saw that our children were very well-behaved, so he made an exception and accommodated us. Of course, we were kept quiet the whole time.

I have finally returned back to London and would like to reach out to you especially and Kai (Duty Manager) for making our stay pleasantly memorable. The view in Room 1038 was just speechless. One of the nicest and the best view to admire from the room.
I thank you wholeheartedly for upgrading us to this stunning room with a stunning view. I wish I was still waking up to this view. Thank you so so much for our complimentary late out until 4pm. We are grateful for this gesture and we would definitely be back.
We have observed a couple of hotel members who have gone beyond miles to make their guests stay pleasurable and they have definitely delivered their top notch service, no doubt.
Names are “Choon” who worked by the poolside bar and “Kelvin” who works as a H/Chef at Cassia. We made our gratitude to Choon on 8th March upon our departure. However, I wasn’t able to send our regards to Kelvin as he was off on Saturday. I have also left a review for Kelvin how wonderful his Culinary Skills were and as a Guest at the Hotel, we appreciated how effortlessly all of these members have worked. So Thank you once again for everything during our stay

JJHONY MAURICIOWe loved it! It has an artistic atmosphere everywhere. The room is clean and you can refill water as many times as you wish. It also has an eco-friendly approach. They will also give you some towels to go to the beach or the swimming pool. It is not by the beach, but around 5 minutes walk. It's right in front of the langkawi aquarium. Excellent 👌

Pros:
1. They hv free scheduled ferry so u can go to cenang from rebak or vice versa. Make sure to plan ahead
2. So many activities on the island itself- kayak, atv, cycling, pool, beaches, nature walk, yoga, etc (some need to pay)
3. Friendly staff
4. Free buggy service in the resort
5. Serene and peaceful resort
6. Love the BBQ on saturday night (rm90/head)
7. Breakfast was good
Cons :
1. Rebak island is located at southern side of langkawi while most tourist attraction is at the north near tanjung rhu or near town area. Bit far to travel and need to make sure the ferry schedule match since u need to take ferry out from rebak to cenang first
2. Would suggest to go here and just do activities around rebak. We spent only 1 day to visit the mangrove and shop at Billion. The rest we only stay at rebak and join the ATV n kayak there.
3. If you want to go out of rebak, the nearest is Cenang. They hv paragliding there and fire dance at night.
4. While i think kayak and ATV are worth it (rm90/head), other activities by the hotel (cruise, jetski, mangrove, snorkling) are overpriced. You can get it cheaper booking from the locals / klook
5. Very disapointed with their ala carte dinner menu. We ordered thai green curry, tom yam goong, calamari and apple crumble. Tbh it tasted like the ones sell on the street. Not authentic at all and tasted not good. The moment i saw brocolli in my tom yam goong i knew its bad
6. We took the sea view 1 bedroom, quite far from the lobby but still walkable. You can call for buggy if you are lazy to walk
Overall i love it. The best memories we had is the kayak. We were greeted by otters! Apparently their house is just near the island so high chance for you to see otters there!

Had a couple of issues, the shower kept going hot & cold & the swimming pool drainage panels were very loose & kept banging very loud every time somebody walked over them. We reported this to the manager & he changed our room, which the shower worked perfectly. His answer was that the hotel was at full capacity & could not do anything about the shower. They did send the maintenance crew to fix the drainage panels to no success, but at least they tried.
Very limited sunbeds& and if you want 1, you have to get up at the cracking of dawn. Overall, it's a good hotel in a fantastic Location.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff be it front door, or check-in counter pr driver, are very friendly, always wear a smile. Mr Sharul, the driver who drives us to Cenang Beach is very helpful and considerate, always checking if the car ac is ok. The staff at the pool who always keeps the pool clean is commendable. I'm impressed with the hotel. I like the hotel ambience and brightness. Will stay again.

ДДмитрий КутузовОтдыхали вдвоём с супругой, есть трансфер с аэропорта, сам номер рассчитан на 3-х человек, вилла находится в удаленном от суеты города месте, поэтому без байка или авто не обойтись, вилла очень понравилась тихое и спокойное место, уборка номера каждый день, завтрак привозят утром. Изюминкой является то, что вилла полностью из зеркального стекла и видно как приходят различные жители джунглей, обезьяны, колибри, лангуры.

GGaileyBeeI recently booked a 4 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival Syam greeted us from our Grab taxi and was so helpful and took our bags. The check in was easy enough with just the tourist tax to additionally pay. I had requested a Beach Wing room. Syam took us to our bedroom and explained about which water was okay to drink.
The room was huge, lots of space and a balcony. Air con as well as a ceiling fan.
The bathroom was very dated and we did have a few issues which we made do with but the bathroom could have done with some renovations. The shower flooded the whole bathroom due to the cracked and broken ledge separating it, (see photo) there was no shower door so no way of preventing the water leaving the shower. The towels were fluffy and a generous size.
Breakfast had a good selection and they do cook fresh eggs or omelette. The staff everywhere were all extremely welcoming and friendly.
The pool was great and easy to get a sun lounger as so quiet.
The beach again was great, the sea perfect of you had children as very calm and shallow.
Overall a lovely stay but would be nice to have an upgraded bathroom.
