I booked this hotel far from Pantai Cenang just because of the pool, otherwise what's the point to stay outside the main road? And this is how they present the pool: unusable, dirty, brown with algae... this is not something that happens from day to night, would have been correct to contact customers and explain the situation, but they didn't even mention at check in. Just when I realized and asked, they very calm and uncaring just told me: "we put chlorine, it's gonna be maybe two days, maybe three, maybe more" So at the end I paid for nothing, as at the third day is as dirty as the first day. The WiFi in the room is not working, I drained all my data due to their fault and couldn't even order a dinner. At 9 pm we ran out toilette paper as no one checked the room and we needed to go to reception to ask for it. Yesterday evening I put some stuff in the fridge and in the morning had to throw away as it's not working as well. The boiler is small and turn on only when you are in the room (key card power socket), so basically second person always get cold shower. Worst thing is that I contacted AGODA and from the hotel no one is replying to them about this ridiculous situation, so they are ignoring our issue. Very poor service and total lack of respect. Just stay away from this place, don't be fooled by the price
