Thelab Robertson

Highlights of my weekend were the Spa, hot tub, the friendly staff and the pool area. It’s a beautiful place. The room we got was too small for 2 people and the bed frame is uncomfortable injured myself a couple of times.

Easy to find just off R62 East of Robertson near Winery and Owl shop. Lovely green valley with surprising amount to do in area Staff excellent- professional and friendly- Worth paying for better rooms with jacuzzis and open outlook. Some rooms have enclosed sitting out areas but no outlookThose with private jacuzzis popular we gather.My wife says both her massages excellent! Lovely little wooden hut over pond. We stayed for four nights food very good but menu on board was a bit slow to change Breakfast good -basically Full English as you select.But No omelettes and No Eggs Benedict etc! Rooms nice white modern with some complex remotes/control Echo voice control some guests might not like the high tech.Some decking and decor a bit tired Overall Staff excellent and welcoming -cannot do too much to help.We be back Pool area nice

We took a spontaneous road trip and ended up in Robertson. We stumbled upon TheLab and we are so incredibly happy that we did. From the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful and the property is gorgeous. We stayed in one of the suites with the hot tub and honestly the room is comfortable and has everything you could want or need and it is also quite private. I seriously have to rave about the body wash and cream that’s provided in the bathroom! I have actually ordered a whole bunch of products from Owl already :) Overall an amazing, amazing stay and we will definitely be back again and for longer than just 1 night.

A breath of fresh air! theLab in Robertson offers beautiful surroundings and spacious accommodations that make for the perfect getaway. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the pet-friendly policy was a huge bonus for us. It was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Can’t wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful stay at the LAB Robertson. We had a mountain facing suite and loved the use of the hot tub. Our room was beautiful with voice controlled sound and light, luxurious bedding and a powerful shower. The staff were very accommodating, the food delicious and one of your highlights was watching the sunset over the lake or watching the birds and waterlife the next morning from the veranda while enjoying breakfast. I'd recommend this hotel; it was good for the soul while also trying to be good for the environment too with many eco friendly initiatives.

The location, accommodation and staff were all excellent. So too was the food and views. Yoghurt pots on arrival for breakfast was a lovely touch too.
