Hotel dekat Atlanta Zoo, Atlanta

Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

My stay at Atlanta Marriott Marquis was great! I was there for one night for a concert and was very comfortable, plus enjoyed a beautiful view of the city from my corner room on the 24th floor which was lovely.

My husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

This hotel was exceptionally difficult to locate. Furthermore, they do not provide complimentary parking; the paid lot is also situated far from the hotel building. I encountered significant issues with their payment system. They do not accept cash for parking, and during check-in, my credit card was charged a deposit with the assurance of a refund within 24 hours of checkout. It has now been 72 hours since I departed, and the refund has not been processed. My attempts to resolve this via email have been ignored, as I have received no response.
