TTamuSaya benar-benar menyukai kamar hotel saya. Pemandangannya indah dan sangat dekat dengan semua objek wisata yang ingin saya lihat. Saya berjalan kaki ke Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Aquarium, dan masih banyak lagi. Satu-satunya hal yang membuat saya kecewa saat check-in adalah uang jaminan sebesar $375 yang mereka minta... ini harus dicantumkan sebelum kedatangan untuk setidaknya memberi tahu tamu, sebagai turis, itu permintaan yang sangat tidak terduga mengingat Anda telah membayar lebih dari £1.000 untuk kamar. Selain itu, masa inap saya luar biasa dan stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Jika saya datang ke Seattle lagi, saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi.

TTamuLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.

PPengguna AnonimI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.

GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel. Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

TTamu酒店地段優勢，交通便利，步行可到任何地方！環境不錯，乾淨整潔，雖然是個老酒店，但房間、衞生間都不小，房間看出去的景也好看（2336）特別是晚上。工作人員服務態度蠻好的，叫車用的軟件也好（Uber），一叫非常快到位！還有等車服務處的工作人員很熱情，幫助講解，還把行李送到車上，很負責！這個酒店以後還會來，謝謝🙏🌹

TTamuThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
