PPengguna Anonim到達這個城市的第一站，機場中心的酒店，看了這個城市宣傳片裏介紹這個酒店，多彩繽紛，期待。機場小巧可愛，設計很有味道，很漂亮。酒店機場出來直達，方便。大堂很簡單。原計劃打球的網球場沒有，游泳池在修，水上公園圍起來。房間看得出年代感。高價早餐，不是圖片上的自助，超簡單的打包盒早餐。不提供水。圖片和資料訊息是真的僅僅供參考。酒店超高的價格真的太高了。

TTamuReally handy for TPA having arrived from the UK. Rooms are a decent size, however the sofa bed was not made up when we went to our room. Disappointingly when we went down to reception to mention this we were told that we would have to make the bed up ourselves. Never in all of our travels have we ever been told such a rediculous thing. We we challenged this again, the reception staff finally relented and sent housekeeping to make up the bed.

JJyotinWe stayed there as my flight was in the late evening. The entrance to the hotel is a little tricky to find. Overnight valet parking is $30. The swimming pool was not available as it was closed for maintenance. The garden terrace has a view of the air traffic control tower

TTamuI enjoyed my one night pre-cruise stay. It was nice being on the trolley line because we needed a few things for the cruise and went to Publix. Also the free shuttle to the port was great. Also, the breakfast was plentiful.

TTamuWe stopped and stayed here after a trip we were on was extended a day and we had an early flight to catch. Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was minutes to the airport, which was great with a 6 am flight with 3 kids and 7 people total. Our only complaint was the laundromat services were only available until 9. We spent the day at the beach and just planned to wash and pack our beach things once we had come back from dinner. Once we got back from dinner the hotel laundromat was about to close. There was a coin mat about mins up the road , so it wasnt the hugest inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the on site laundromat available 24 hours or even until midnight. We travel for sports a lot and this is the first time we have encountered this.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle, but once we got over a speed bump, everything was fine. I won't go into what happened exactly, but please NOTE: they do NOT accept cash for the deposit or payment. You must have a credit card.. Make sure your card works... and they don't seem to accept Union Pay cards. There isn't any drinkable water in the room, but there is a convenience store two buildings away - super convenient.
The rooms are clean. But, everything is old. The furniture could be quickly restored with some varnish to the furniture, and rustic rugs tossed on the wooden floors. They should consider adding their own line of soaps and hair care products for an element of care and elegance. It'd be nice to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water, as well.
The free shuttle from the airport - go to blue baggage claim and go out one of the blue entry/exit points; either 1 or 2 - at the far ends of the baggage claim corridor. Look for a ”Veterans Limo” van. They come regularly. Just tell the driver where you're going.
Breakfast is great if you love carbs. Unfortunately, no proteins were served. I recommend just adding some scrambled or hard-boiled eggs or turkey bacon and cheeses. You should add more varieties of bagels and bread, as well - especially if you're going to stay carb-centric. Raisin bagels would've been nice.

Overall, I will probably not stay here again, but only because there are so many other options to choose from.
Oh... No offense, but the front desk staff could use some training in customer service and customer care. A couple of them seem to be tired of guests and refer to guests as ”them” and ”they” with a tone of contempt. The staff seems to be falling into a horrible customer care death spiral of ”us” vs. ”them” and seeing ”them” as ”stupid.” Maybe have just a workshop to help staff reaffirm their commitment to the hospitality industry.
Competition won't go away, but customers will.

SSoleilnDelowYou get what you pay for, the staff were friendly and location was great (right by the highway exit to get to everything around, across the street from the fairgrounds) but the cleanliness was awful. The first room they gave us had stains all on the walls, dirty bathroom, really bad patches in the walls and what appeared to be mildew on the curtain. We went to the front desk and requested a new room due to cleanliness. The second room wasn’t immaculate but was much cleaner, didn’t have the microwave and refrigerator which was fine since we were only staying for the weekend. The man upfront was nice and apologized, he mentioned that was the last room available for the selection we made.
