Hotel dekat Taman Danau Eola, Orlando

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Great hotel for reasonable price. Ideal location very close to Universal area. Quite close to centre (about 12 USD/Lyft ride) and airport (about 35 USD/Lyft ride). Good breakfasts and cleaning each day. i can recommend the hotel. It is a good choice!

I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was absolutely fantastic! the room was very clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and cozy.

Saya memesan hotel ini dari tanggal 4-7 Juli untuk beristirahat setelah seharian di Universal Studio. Kami naik bus LYNX 42 dari bandara MCO, 45 menit hingga 1 jam, dan berjalan kaki sekitar 15 menit ke hotel. Hotel menyediakan bus antar-jemput gratis (bus 20 tempat duduk) ke Universal Studio Orlando pukul 08.25 (hanya satu kali dan akan menjemput penumpang di hotel-hotel terdekat lainnya) dan menjemput kembali pukul 18.00 (hanya satu kali) dari Universal Studio. Saya sangat menyarankan untuk menunggu di pintu masuk hotel 10-15 menit sebelum waktu penjemputan untuk mendapatkan tempat duduk. Tidak perlu reservasi terlebih dahulu. Uber kurang dari 10 USD untuk kembali ke hotel. Kami mendapat kamar 313. Dua tempat tidur queen, tempat tidurnya nyaman dan bantalnya cukup. Rak/gantungan pakaian cukup. Hanya kulkas mini yang tersedia di kamar. Tidak ada ketel air. Microwave hanya tersedia di resepsionis. Kebersihan cukup baik, dari kamar tidur hingga kamar mandi. Perlengkapan kamar mandi hanya berupa sampo, kondisioner, sabun mandi cair, dan losion tubuh. Pembersihan kamar dilakukan setiap hari. Sarapan tersedia dari pukul 6 pagi hingga 10 pagi, hanya telur rebus, sereal, susu, yogurt, jus apel, jus jeruk, bagel, selai, krim keju, dan oatmeal. Kopi, teh, dan air panas gratis 24 jam. Lokasi hotel cukup jauh dari semua tempat wisata. Perlu berkendara atau menggunakan Uber untuk pergi ke mal dan tempat wisata. Universal Studio berjarak 45 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel.

Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3D2N but we keep extending. As I’m typing this review I am considering to extend 1 more day. This hotel has shuttle buses to the Disney land and Universal Studio! Just opposite the hotel it’s the premium outlets!

Super hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et proactif! Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night.

โรงแรมนี้ทำเลดีค่ะบริการก็ดีมากพนักงานยิ้มแย้มอาหารเช้าถือว่าดีระดับนึงข้อเสียเพียงข้อเดียวคือที่ห้องตรงที่นอนกับห้องน้ำมีแมลงสาปตัวเล็กๆขึ้นที่นอนเท่าที่ดูทางโรงแรมมีการีนูเวทแต่บางส่วนไม่ได้ทำทั่งหมดของห้องเลยมีส่วนที่เป็นของเก่าแล้วมีแมลงสาปอาศัยอยู่ปรับปรังตรงนี้ได้จะดีมาก

Dulu ini adalah hotel andalan saya. Tapi sekarang tidak lagi! Meskipun bukan hotel terbaik, lumayanlah untuk harga segitu. Sekarang, mereka mengenakan biaya parkir $15 per hari?! Ini kebijakan yang konyol dan karena itu, saya tidak akan pernah memesan di sana lagi!
