Wonderful suite ! Great experience beside a 6.00AM wake up call that wasn’t requested… But they did a commercial gesture on my bill.

Wonderful stay - courteous service, prompt response to my inquiries, quiet hotel which allowed me to relax and get much needed sleep. As a female travelling solo, I felt very safe.

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

The hotel was ok, no problems. Easy and quick check-in, a generic American breakfast (nothing bad, but also nothing remarkably good). If you need a place to stay downtown, nothing wrong with this one.

Saat saya check in, ada banyak pesta di akhir pekan, dan ada musik keras yang diputar di kamar pada malam hari, dan kedap suara sangat buruk. Setelah melaporkannya ke meja depan, segera ditangani. Kelebihannya adalah sangat dekat dengan berbagai tempat wisata, termasuk Citywalk, dan restoran barbekyu yang lezat.

Kamarnya besar dan nyaman, resepsionisnya sangat ramah, sarapannya sangat enak, dan kami mendapat harga yang bagus untuk hari check-in. Sayang sekali liftnya rusak dan kami harus naik tangga!

I booked a stay for 2 nights. Service has been ok so far. The room could be improved some. But overall it's been ok
