TTamuWhen we checked into the hotel, the front desk informed us that there would be renovation works in the hotel, and there might be noise from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They asked whether we would like to move to the neighboring Ming Paragon Hotel instead, and I agreed to change.
Both hotels share the same parking area. When booking the hotel, it was stated that parking was free. However, in reality, there is a charge of RM2.20 per day, which is actually acceptable. The problem is that every time we exit the parking area, we must inform the front desk staff.
This morning, I left early and there was no staff at the front desk. A phone number was left, but when I called it, the phone was switched off! With no other choice, I had to leave, and I was charged RM8.00 for parking.
When I returned to the hotel and explained the situation to the front desk staff, he told me that this was the parking operator’s charge and that the money could not be refunded!?
I am extremely angry!
