Location is a bit far from the city centre. And if one takes public transport (bus) on Sunday or public holiday, allows 2 hours to city as the tourists roads all jammed up. Otherwise, the hotel is nice with free coffee in the morning. The room floor is heated so even on a very cold night, the room feels very comfortable. The surrounding area is quite after 8pm at night, which is nice for people like us who wants a quiet night after a day walking around.

Вечером живописные улицы освещают фонари Но Заезд после 19.00 (хотя на сайте стояло 16.00) Я приехала в час дня под проливным дождём. И попросила просто оставить вещи в камере хранения, или где-то в укромном уголке. Мало того, что двери закрыты - надо звонить по телефону. Если нет корейской сим-кариы, то всё 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Далее, хозяин не говорит на английском, но это не проблема. Проблема в том, что нету места даже, где присесть, оставить вещи или сходить в уборную. Меня просто попросили выйти на улицу и погулять до семи вечера (под дождём, с чемоданом). Хорошо, что у меня есть знакомый, который позвонил хозяину и объяснил ситуацию и попросил хотя бы чемодан у себя в каморке сарятать. Это мотель, куда заезжаешь на машине, закрываешь дверь и прямо со стоянки попадаешь в комнату. Идеально для владельцев автомобилей и тех, кому нужно провести несколько часов в отеле.

동생과 가을 여행으로 경주를 선택하고 불국사와 박대성미술관 투어를하고 코오롱호텔에서 하루 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 불국사에서는 다행히 아직 단풍이 예쁘게 남아있었구요 코오롱호텔은 걸어갈 수 있는거리여서 불국사 여행 계획이 있는 분들은 추천합니다. 오래된 호텔이지만 공기좋고 조용해서 괜찮았어요~특히 달빛포차는 오랫만에 동생이랑 아이들 키워놓고 우리끼리 술도 한잔하면서 즐거운 시간 보내고 왔어요~^^

TTamuBeautiful chalet-style place for staying! The bed is very comfortable. The room is clean and organised. A few chairs and a table to do work or eat. Very spacious area for watching tv. There’s a bbq pit outside each unit. The host brought fresh towels for my second night, thank you! I love the beautiful decoration and swimming pool downstairs, even though it’s cold at night. It has a charming atmosphere, with an outdoor screen, swings and nice music. Sound insulation is ok, although you can hear the frogs croak outside from the bathroom. The place is about 20 mins’ walk from the bus stop with restaurants, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Theres a emart24 about 10 minutes away. There’s a restaurant next door that sells fried chicken till 11pm. It’s a must-try! Host and his wife are extremely helpful people. Thank you for your warm hospitality! Highly recommended for people who want privacy and lots of space to hang out.

TTamuWe came across a YouTube video that introduced us to Gyeongju, and it totally caught our attention. With all the historic buildings and cool sights, we figured we had to check it out—even if just for one night. Honestly, one night wasn’t enough. We definitely wish we had stayed longer. We booked a night at Gyeongju Hwangnamkwan Hanok Hotel, and it was such a unique experience. Staying in a traditional hanok felt special—like stepping into a different time. The location was super convenient, and parking was easy, which made things even smoother. The hotel had hanboks we could try on, which was a fun touch. We kind of fumbled our way through getting dressed since there weren’t any instructions or videos to help, but we made it work and got some great photos around the hotel. It would be awesome if they added a little guide for guests who aren’t familiar with hanbok. We loved being able to walk to nearby attractions and just soak in the vibe of the city. Gyeongju’s got a lot to offer, and we’re already thinking about coming back for a longer stay.
