Hotel dekat Stasiun Fudoin-mae, Hiroshima

Initially we booked the wrong night by mistake. I immediately had sent letter to the host, just 2 minutes after that mistake. And at first, host said, that they would refund without any problems, but after that he turned down our ask for refund and offered only date change, which was the problem, because the price was 2.5x more on the dates, that we needed and we would never stay at the place so expensive. In the end we had to make additional payment to stay for only one night, just to not loose the first money transfer. And host refused to talk about why he changed his initial position and what is wrong with the refund 2 months prior to the stay. Even that we had assured him, that it was really a mistake (confused ”mar” and ”may” in the app) and sent him our plane tickets,. He also told us, that he can't give us refund, because he prepared the room and because of the booking he couldn't rent room to another person and lost money, which I find highly unlike, since the first response from him was very quick and the wrong booking was made 2 hours before midnight, so it's very unlikely, that someone else would rent it. Overall, I don't think that it could be considered as hospitality. The place itself is nice, if booked for an appropriate price. Don't expect luxury, but a simple, spacious room with a balcony and a view on the road and trees.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

The accommodation was actually better then I thought. Starting off the staff was really helpful and was able to speak English. The floors are stuck separated by gender and I was on the sixth floor, which had a nice as well they gave great selection of amenities, such as sleep, clothing, toothbrushes, razors, towels, etc. they had a lounge on each floor where you can just chill in the surrounding areas. It’s pretty nice too with a family Mart being right next-door and nakau across the street as well. Pretty close to the attractions in Hiroshima all within walkable distance.

Hotel ini termasuk salah satu hotel terbaik yang pernah saya singgahi di seluruh Jepang. Lokasinya strategis, makanannya luar biasa, dan stafnya patut diacungi jempol (mulai dari petugas kebersihan hingga resepsionis, semuanya sangat sopan). Yang terbaik adalah sarapannya. Bukan karena makanannya (meskipun lezat), tetapi terutama karena pemandangan kota yang menakjubkan yang bisa Anda nikmati sambil menyantapnya. Hal terbaik lainnya adalah lokasinya. Meskipun hanya beberapa menit dari halte trem, akses ke tempat-tempat wisata utama sangatlah mudah karena bisa dicapai dengan berjalan kaki.

Karena Hiroshima Peace Park Hotel tidak dapat memperbarui kamar, diperlukan 2 pemberhentian tambahan untuk menemukan jaringan hotel ini. Hotel ini menghadap ke sungai dan memiliki perangkat keras yang bagus, termasuk 2 tempat tidur single, microwave, dan kulkas.

Semuanya baik-baik saja, tidak ada yang istimewa. Namun, ada seseorang yang berisik larut malam, mengobrak-abrik kopernya. Saya perhatikan itu orang Eropa atau Amerika. Saya harap mereka yang menginap di asrama memperhatikan hal ini. Mereka menyediakan berbagai sandal, dan itu bagus. Resepsionisnya sopan.
