TTamuRoseate House, Aerocity offers a wonderful stay experience. The property is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and gives a premium feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The ambiance is calm and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere makes the stay very pleasant. The location is excellent, especially for airport convenience. A great place to stay for comfort and relaxation.

TTamuThe breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it.
On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

Tentu saja bukan hotel jaringan terkenal, tetapi dengan harga tersebut saya yakin ini adalah tempat yang bagus dengan sarapan yang enak.

Saya meminta mereka untuk mengatur penjemputan taksi, dan taksinya agak kasar dan bertanya mengapa saya tidak naik taksi saja di bandara. TTamuGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

PPengguna AnonimThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

房间和酒店整体都算干净，不过我在房间里看到了一只小蟑螂。淋浴没有热水，冰箱运作良好。
一点留意：这里员工似乎都很在意小费。每天中午你的房卡会失效，需要去前台重新激活。之后会有工作人员陪你回房间——然后暗示要小费。如果你要用Wi-Fi，得去前台拿密码条，一张纸条只能一个设备用，而且只能用一天。每次你回去要新的纸条，工作人员又会要小费。不太确定这是文化习惯还是这家酒店的运营方式，但确实让人感觉有点过分了。
