Roseate House, Aerocity offers a wonderful stay experience. The property is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and gives a premium feel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The ambiance is calm and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere makes the stay very pleasant. The location is excellent, especially for airport convenience. A great place to stay for comfort and relaxation.

I stayed here for two nights - one at the beginning of a two week India adventure and one at the end. Absolutely lovely room on both occasions, spotlessly clean and with a great selection of complimentary tea, coffee, water. Choice of snacks in a minibar which were really cheap too. Huge bed, very comfortable, great air on. The staff and the service they provided were excellent - I’m pretty sure they don’t earn a great deal and they work so hard - so it’s nice to be able to tip generously! Restaurant is lovely with an amazing breakfast buffet - or they’ll pack you up a breakfast to go bag if you ask at reception. The hotel will also provide a driver and car for airport runs (a bargain at 1100 rupees - so leave a generous tip!). Great little coffee shop/cake section too which was great to sit and people watch on an evening - again, soooo cheap but lovely. Thank you Pride Plaza!!!

The breakfast buffet was horrible absolutely terrible! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken, and 98% of the food was Indian dishes. We saw so many foreigners walking around the buffet just staring at the food, not knowing what to eat. What’s shocking is that when we ordered from their restaurant, the food was expensive but truly delicious! So how can the buffet be so bad while the restaurant food is amazing? It really feels like they’re deliberately making the buffet awful so people don’t eat it. On top of that, the rooms were run down and horrible definitely not worth the price. The only good thing was the staff, who were kind and polite. But overall, this place was a big disappointment. Never coming back again!

Hotel ini merupakan pilihan yang baik bagi penumpang yang bepergian dan tidak jauh dari bandara. Selain itu, ada nilai tambah besar karena hotel menyediakan transportasi gratis ke terminal bandara. Stafnya ramah dan memberikan pe***as portabel sesuai permintaan saya serta membantu dengan fotokopi paspor. Tentu saja bukan hotel jaringan terkenal, tetapi dengan harga tersebut saya yakin ini adalah tempat yang bagus dengan sarapan yang enak.

Hotelnya dekat bandara, kamarnya cukup bagus dengan pancuran air panas, tetapi kamarnya agak dingin. Saya meminta mereka untuk mengatur penjemputan taksi, dan taksinya agak kasar dan bertanya mengapa saya tidak naik taksi saja di bandara. Saat tiba, mereka menagih saya terlalu mahal untuk taksi dan kamar, tetapi saya terlalu lelah untuk berdebat dengan mereka (taksi seh***snya 200, saya membayar 800, kamar seh***snya 1650 rupee, tetapi total saya membayar 3500 termasuk pajak).

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again.
