SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations.
The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean.
The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies.
I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults.
There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes.
Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

TTamuI stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. The location is perfect: just 2 minutes to the beach, public transportation is literally outside the hotel, the city centre and old town are all a short walk away. Plus the facade of the hotel is very charming. The staff were 5 star. The breakfast was a little pricey for someone who doesn't eat a big breakfast. Otherwise, I would stay there again without a thought 🙂.

TTamuI would recommend this hotel to stay in Nice despite the fact it's quite far from the city center. Close to the tram stop though (5 minutes on foot). Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A full sense of comfort and convenience inside the hotel. Good WiFi quality.

Kkj3228After exiting the train station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to get there, and the location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly. I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake.

BBahabasaranThe hotel is very conveniently close to the train station, it is quite easy to travel along the coast with the regional train. The hotel room is good and clean. There are many amenities such as kettle, coffee and tea. The bathroom is also as the similar size as the sleeping room, which is a plus as per other single room use in other hotels.

TTamuОчень уютный отельчик на тихой улице в паре минут от вокзала. Дружелюбный персонал, особенно русскоязычная дама на ресепшн. В номерах нет холодильника, но он есть на ресепшн, можно оставить продукты, есть маленькая кухня и посуда.
Из минусов - медленный интернет.
