Hotel dekat Biara Pedralbes, Barcelona

Salah satu lokasi terbaik di Barcelona. Lokasinya berada di pusat banyak tempat wisata dan terdapat banyak restoran, kafe, dan toko di dekat hotel. Kamarnya juga sangat bersih dan terawat. Area kolam renangnya juga sangat menenangkan dan stafnya sangat ramah, terutama seorang pria di bar.

Setelah perjalanan 18 jam, kami sangat menghargai check-in lebih awal dan peningkatan kamar yang menyenangkan, itu adalah sambutan yang sempurna dan tepat seperti yang kami butuhkan. I have requested a room in higher floor, far from lift. However I was allocated a room on 1st floor next to lift. The noise in the corridors is loud and some you can hear clearly in late night. Also you can see nothing through the window as it is a wall outside the window. The view is quite bad as you can’t see anything. The location is good, close to Espanya underground station. Airport shuttle bus stop is outside hotel as well. A good restaurant is 1-min walk from hotel. The reception lady and gentleman are very good apart from one wearing glasses. Room service is done pretty well and it is clean. Shower water is hot and strong, which is good. Free luggage storage.

The check in experience was so horrible. After I presented my passport to the receptionists (3 guys) in hotel front desk, they kept requesting me to show the boarding pass of my cancelled flight. If i could not show it, they don’t allow me to check in. I argued with them why I have to show my boarding pass and how can I have boarding pass if my flight is cancelled. They insisted I have to show, otherwise I could not check in. Their attitudes were so rude and I spent almost 40 min to show all documents I have on-hand, then they gave me my room key. The room assigned to me is not so comfortable because it is on ground floor without window facing outside streets. I don’t think it is tourist friendly at all.

Good location, space is fine for couples travellers. The reception is behind the hotel room which is little challenging to locate (next to the McD signboard). Reception is very nice, breakfast is a buffet style and have good variety of choices!

We loved staying here, the African gentleman from guest services was exceptional and very professional and assisted us with all our requests, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was also wonderful as expected. We celebrated our anniversary here and they made our stay truly memorable.

Saya suka linennya bersih tetapi tempat tidurnya mudah terlepas, juga ada sedikit debu di kamar. The staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming, which we really appreciated. However, there were several aspects of our stay that left us disappointed. Firstly, the room we stayed in didn’t quite match the photos we had seen online, which gave us different expectations. We had requested a double bed, and while I understand this is subject to availability, we were still a bit let down that it wasn’t accommodated. The biggest issue for us was the cleanliness of the room. There was noticeable dust throughout, and the bathtub had visible stains or scratches. More concerning was the toilet, which had marks underneath the seat that suggested it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Additionally, I was expecting a shower rather than just a bathtub, which wasn’t ideal. Regarding the facilities, the swimming pool appeared to be open, but the water was freezing, which made it unusable. There were also no lounge chairs by the pool, which made us question whether it was actually in use, though we were never informed otherwise. We had to specifically request access to the sauna, but after the experience with the pool, we didn’t see much point in using it. Overall, while the staff were great, the stay didn’t quite live up to expectations—mainly due to the cleanliness and the limited use of the amenities.
