When we first arrived, my wife noticed an odor in the lobby which she thought smelled like an old gas heater. The check-in person was friendly. Our room didn't have a TV remote so we had to go back down and ask the front desk for one. Thick curtains blocked out all the light which was nice. Unfortunately they couldn't fully muffle the sound of the a/c units that were outside. Breakfast was fine, but the vegetables weren't the freshest. It was quite cheap, and it was nice that it was so close to the train station and not too far from the airport. I'd stay again if I needed a room for a single night before an early flight.

The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the railway station and within easy reach of public transport, making it very convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which was a big plus. However, I noticed that breakfast options were quite limited and not very varied. Additionally, the dining area often felt crowded, making it difficult to find a free seat during peak hours. One thing to clarify—Trip.com mentions in-room washing machines, but this is not accurate. The hotel does have a shared laundry room with washing machines, which is useful, though it can get busy in the evenings. This seems more like an issue with Trip.com’s description rather than the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely improved the experience.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel and thoroughly satisfied with the outstanding service. Even though I wasn’t the easiest guest—having to modify my travel plans when my friend joined me during my stay—the manager went above and beyond to quickly adjust my booking multiple times to accommodate my needs. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, beautifully styled, and staffed with many kind and helpful coworkers. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.
