Personnel de l hôtel, propreté des chambres et équipements bons. En revanche il y a pas mal a redire sur restaurant : L état se dégrade (plafond et mur qui s effrite, équipement cassé comme un poivrier et salière sur la table) Le service n est pas bon: jeunes qui balance limite les assiettes et arrachent les couverts et assiettes pour débarrasser... un peu de délicate seraient la bienvenue. D autre part il y avait pas mal de serveurs mais ils brillaient tous par leur absence en salle une fois servi et débarrassé. J ai du me lever et aller à leur rencontré au bout de plus de 10 mins pour demander une corbeille de pain. Je les aient trouvé en train de regarder un téléphone portable... J avoue que cela est frustrant car on ne peux pas dire que cet établissement pratique des prix bas. Le rapport qualité prix et formation du jeune personnel est à revoir....

Un séjour agréable , nous avons été reçu, avec courtoise et professionnalisme. L'équipe de service du restaurant est compétente, aimable et aux petits soins. La nourriture est très bonne, seul petit bémol, le poulet de Bresse devrait d'office être accompagné pa des morilles quitte à relever le prix. Proposer une salade en accompagnement serait un plus. L'omelette norvégienne en dessert était un pur délice. En chambre, un service à café et/ou à thé serait un petit plus apprécié. La chambre est propre, bien aménagée avec suffisamment d'espace de rangement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement situé dans un beau parc arb. oré , en espérant profiter du spa

Excellent 3-star hotel with everything you need at a price that is correct. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi were all very pleasant and were included in the room price. We appreciated being able to use the spa facilities at our discretion and not needing to reserve a specific time in advance. The 3-course dinner menu was very good and the portions were generous. If you can afford to spend a bit extra, the premium rooms with balcony are worth it. I look forward to coming back!

Chambres vieillissantes, personnel absolument pas professionnel. Nous fréquentons cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années et avons été extrêmement déçus de notre séjour. Une bouteille de Crémant laissée sur la table sans seau à glace, verre de l'apéritif non débarrassé. Petit déjeuner avec moins de choix et à partir de 8h30, il n'y a plus rien..." Y a t'il un directeur qui gère cet hotel ? Dommage.....
