Secret Suites

My wife and I have stayed in both Suite 1 and Suite 2 at Secret Suites. Most recently, Suite 2. The rooms are decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard and the rooms scream luxury. In Suite 2 there is a massive jacuzzi bath that I could've soaked in for hours. There were clear and concise instructions on how to use the jacuzzi bath, which was very helpful. The fridge in the suite was stocked up with complimentary prosecco, beer, coke and water. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle for the morning brew with a selection of biscuits. The TV is a good size and has apps like Netflix and Prime all set up, ready to go. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfy. We had the best night sleep. There is an outside seating area, which will be great when it comes to summer time, it was a bit nippy when we went, so didn't have chance to use this facility. Secret Suites is located in the centre of Lancaster, so there are plenty of pubs, cafe's and restaurants at a walking distance. There is the option for parking, but if private parking isn't available, there are plenty of local pay and display car parks that aren't too expensive. The owners were very welcoming and communication was superb. All updates sent to me via WhatsApp with key code, parking, etc all sent promptly. I'd highly recommend Secret Suite's and we can't wait to go back again.

Beautiful set up lovely and clean and loved all the little extras (especially the Prosecco!!) that were provided too. Been recommending to everyone! The jacuzzi bath was a massive hit!! Thanks for a lovely birthday surprise for my partner.

Room as described and shown on the photos. Went above and beyond with the decorations for valentine’s day. Room was clean and nothing at fault. Everything that could be provided was provided - ironing board, towels ect. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Our stay was perfect—ideal for a relaxing weekend! While it's in the heart of the city centre, the property itself is very private. The room is modern and cosy, and the hot tub is amazing! The communication was great and self-check in and out very efficient. I can 100% recommend it.

This was by far one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The property was beautifully decorated and luxurious. It was exactly as advertised and the spa bath was fantastic. We had the best time 😊 we will definitely be back in the future. Can’t wait until next time.
