Moor View

Linda and Andrew were great hosts with a hot scone and cuppa on arrival. Room beautiful looking out onto the well established garden. Breakfast made to order couldn't fault anything all high quality local produce. Would highly recommend.

The experience was home from home excellent service with a warm welcome from Linda and Andrew. The breakfast is as good as the view from the sunroom which leaves you wanting to return, which we have several times. Really hard to fault Moor View B&B. Warm welcome from the hosts, even though we arrived late after a difficult journey; fantastically clean room, with a lovely private patio area and view of garden; incredible breakfast, felt like we were staying with family. Wish I could give more than 5/5 stars

Moor View was the perfect place to escape to for a short break. From the friendly greeting on our arrival and hot drinks and scones in the conservatory to a fantastic breakfast the following day, everything was perfect. Our room had a lovely view over the surrounding countryside, the bed was big and comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Fresh milk and water was always available and Linda and Andrew were perfect hosts in every respect. Linda emailed us a list of places to eat in the area which was really helpful. If you are looking for the perfect place to rest and relax, I would highly recommend Moor View.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful place and Linda and Andrew are great hosts. Breakfast (full english of course) was good and kept us going for many hours. We followed their tips about restaurants and driving routes and enjoyed evey moment of our 6 night stay. Wonderful rooms with great views, we saw cows and their little ones and of course the hills of Yourkshire.

Faultless - this is the best B & B we have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, the breakfasts delicious, but most of all the hospitality of Andrew and Linda was perfect - extremely helpful with advice on local restaurants and walks. It is set in very beautiful country - there really is an uninterrupted view of the moor - and you are surrounded by a quite spectacular garden, their pride and joy.

Moor View bed and breakfast was absolutely superb! Linda and Andrew the owners were fabulous! The location - just about 2 miles outside Ingleton was excellent. The actual BB was really beautiful, with a lovely garden, with magnificent views towards the Lake District! Our room was very large, (with the magnificent views), beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The dining area was extremely pleasant and the food cooked to perfection! Tea and homemade scone on arrival, with homemade flapjacks in the bedroom. First class experience - thank you Andrew and Linda.

Over many years I have been to a bucket load of B&B’s, Moor View tops the lot. I should be reluctant to share this review as it will put bookings up and we may not get a room if everyone’s booked ! The location is very quiet but close to beautiful locations. The rooms are stunning and I have never seen a room so clean down to the last detail. The gardens are beautiful. The hosts Andrew and Linda deserve every award offered to them. Such a lovely couple with nothing too much trouble. The breakfast room and table detail is perfect along with the freshly cooked breakfast. Yes we will be back again and again.

The loveliest B and B with such a welcoming couple of owners. Moor view is comfortable, modern, has spacious rooms and is in such a beautiful setting. We stayed here for 2 nights whilst doing the 3 Peaks Challenge, and it was a great home from home to return to after a day of walking. Plenty of hot water for the shower and lovely big soft towels. Breakfast was a take out bag on our first morning as we left early, (lovely fresh croissant, biscuits, fruit, and juice), the second morning we ate in the conservatory and had a delicious range of food, all prepared freshly. Our room had homemade flapjack on the tea making tray and spare toiletries if had needed them. We will return here again and can't recommend highly enough!
