Convenient hotel, good prices, great night's sleep, staff were very friendly and manager Steve was very inviting and gave lots of choices of pubs around the area, hotel it's self is very tired and need updating but great experience and had a laugh with the staff

Stop off on my way to Scotland for work. Hotel it's self is very old compared to others I have stayed in. But I have to say it's very clean and my room was spotless (102). Staff were really friendly and inviting when I arrived and put my number plate in for me.

Clean room, friendly receptionist, lumpy mattress, concrete level pillows. The view was lovely! Very warm room, with no air conditioning. An electric fan was provided, as the windows can’t be opened more than a few inches. No loo brush and no tooth rinsing tumblers.

Lancaster services Travelodge is our convenient go to place to stay when travelling from home in Scotland to down south. You can come off at Lancaster south & use the signposted road to go across to Northbound. It's easier to use M6 north & use first exit to get back onto southbound. It's an ideal no frills stayover

We have previously stayed here, but on this occasion, the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. There were crumbs on the table and chair. Unfortunately, this made us feel uncomfortable, resulting in all of us sleeping on top of the bed, instead of inside it.

I've had an okay Travelodge stay before, however this time was awful. There was a lot of noise from works being done not far from the window, but the smell of tarmac being laid made me sick. I booked an accessible room to discover ours had shower over bath. The kind lady on reception took time to show me an alternative accessible room, however these also have shower over bath! How is this accessible???

Friendly welcome from the receptionist, he was busy with a sudden influx of check-ins but he balanced efficiency of each guests check-in with a pleasant and warm manner. Room assistant in the morning greeted us in the corridor with a “Good morning” greeting and an amiable, genuine, smile. Bedroom and bathroom were clean.
