I'm curious Type superior room don't have small towel just have big towel and then breakfast not good too in room dirty don't have comfortable in room only 2 bottle water ,service not good ,everything so bad ,good only parking ,I thinks next trip i'm don't want to stay ,

Hotel might not check all facilities before check in as the light in bathroom cannot use.

Clean room with all facilities working well. Considered a good hotel on this price. Big C and Makro is nearby in case you need to buy anything. Provided with free parking for my rented car.

the hotel is in a good location. bed is not soft and toilet is so bad smell. the staff is very good. wifi is good signal. breakfast is ok.

Room was clean except many woman hair in the washroom. Staff did not speak English.

Cleanliness and convenient for restaurant

Nice hotel and has a large parking lot. Electronic key card and need to use when entering the lift and staircase area. Good aircon. Hot shower water pressure can be weak a bit and back to normal. No problem to me. Almost next to Makro Lampang. BigC is nearby on the other side. Like in most hotels in Thailand, they don’t provide toothbrush set. I bring my own.

The location is perfect, In the city center close to the airport and bus station. It’s a very decent hotel and the price was reasonable. I recommend.

Room have one smell. Staffs are friendly

Located in the central business district, the hotel is east to get access to and good to stay, enjoying the relative quietness. It is equipped with modern elements of switching on/off lights, not often seen at even high-end hotels. Whilst the elevator runs a little too slow.

Good but toilet have slightly smell. Easy to check in and out.
