Good hotel, good service but slightly too crowded on weekend

This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around.

The staffs are nice and helpful. Best customer service here. The hotel is not an idea who want to surf but here have a surf machine ( pay extra) Massage with Pa'Tammm is the best. Many things need to mantain of hotel wants to keep customer who come with family such as the slide at the kid pool, fitness room and kid club. The restaurant less food option and don't order pizza here it is very disappointed :(. The room is good and comfortable.

Great hotel situated on a beautiful beach with great views from the pool. Good selections at breakfast. Great hotel for kids, good kids pool and kids club.

Good location to spending time at Khaolak, the staff have upgraded the room. I have a good experience here. Thank you

Room and the view sooooo worthy to pay

หน้าหาดสวย เช็คอินได้ห้อง 7 pm บอกว่าพนักงานกำลังทำห้อง ฝากถึงผู้จัดการนะครับ ช่วงไฮซีซั่น เพิ่มแม่บ้านนะครับ ทำแบบนี้น่าเกลียด ขายห้องราคาไฮ แม่บ้านไม่พอ พนักงานทุกคนน่ารัก ทักทายลูกค้าทุกคน

因為第二天要去斯米蘭島所以定了考拉的酒店過渡一晚，房間很大但是空調很吵，早餐很豐盛以西餐為主。酒店就在伊甸的旁邊，我們住的這家多數是外國人，伊甸那邊國人就比較多了，更適合打卡拍照，酒店外面就有一條街，有很多餐館還有711，對於第二天不想早起臨時住一晚的話還是很方便的

終於明白考拉海灘的酒店為啥評價這麼少了，在這住了兩天，就沒見到另一家中國人😅有種自己是老外的感覺🤣 為了去蘇林島方便選的這家酒店，離碼頭車程不到20分鐘，早上7點來接。 考拉海灘好像是一片特別長的海灘的統稱，沿着海岸線有一條公路（不是緊挨着，大約間隔三五百米）。從公路下去，沿着小路往海邊開，就是一小片酒店餐飲羣。再沿公路開一段，又是一片酒店餐飲羣…好長一段是這樣。 我們住的這片有幾家酒店，這家是最大的。看圖2，分兩個區域，左邊主區域很大，中間有個池塘，還有個小童泳池，應該高級房就在這邊。右邊有個方塊的小區域是池景房。本來擔心分到不好的房間怕吵什麼的訂的池景房，其實可能沒必要，這片區域餐廳超市什麼的一共也就三四十家，街道也很少有車。 酒店是四星標準，類似於卡塔的巴姆哥吧，不過價格是兩倍。酒店離海灘很近，海灘很舒適，有樹蔭，有餐廳酒吧。海邊有兩個泳池，設施齊全，沖涼什麼的很方便。主要是離海邊真的近，人真的少。（卡塔海灘已經下餃子了…） 適合度假躺平。要是價格再低點就好了，不過好處是空房多，價格幾乎無波動。

โรงแรมอยู่ในจุดที่ดีติดชายหาด โรงแรมสวยมากใหญ่มากด้วยมีรถกอล์ฟขับไปส่งที่จอดรถจุได้หายคัน ห้องที่ได้อยู่ชั้น 1 บนตึกเดินไม่ไกลจากหาด อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายรสชาติดี เงียบสงบดี แต่ประตูเก็บเสียงไม่ดีได้ยินเสียงคนจากด้านนอกห้อง ช่วงที่ไปอยู่ระหว่างการปรับปรุงหลายส่วนพี่คนขับรถกอล์ฟช่วยเหลือดีมากตอนที่เปิดห้องแรกชั้น 4 ไปเจอว่าห้องยังไม่เรียบร้อยก็ช่วยโทรประสานงานให้ รอแป้บๆ ก็ได้ห้องใหม่มาห้องกว้างมาก มีระเบียงให้นั่งจิบชาริมบึงแต่ไม่กล้าออกไปแมลงเยอะ เตียงแย่เป็นหลุมยุบตรงกลาง ไม่ใช่เตียงสปริงดีๆ คลุมผ้าไม่เต็มเตียงดูแล้วน่าจะเป็นเตียงเดียวกับที่ใช้ในหอพักนักศึกษา หมอนนุ่มแต่หนาไม่หน่อยไม่ค่อยยวบเหมือนโรงแรมอื่นในระดับเดียวกัน ตอนเช้ายังไม่ทันได้เช็คเอ้าท์พนง.จะเข้ามาทำความสะอาดห้องแล้วพูดเหมือนไล่ให้รีบๆเช็คเอ้าท์ออกไป พ่อกับแม่บอกว่าจะเดินเข้ามาในห้องเลยด้วยซ้ำ ทั้งที่กำลังเก็บของอยู่ รู้สึกว่าตั้งแต่เข้าพักโรงแรมระดับนี้มาหลายที่ ที่นี่เป็นที่แรกที่แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเข้าพักมาเลย หวังว่าจากนี้ทางโรงแรมจะมีการปรับปรุงเรื่องต่างๆให้ดีขึ้น

เตียงนุ่มม แต่น้ำไม่ค่อยแรง บรรยากาศดีมาก เงียบสงบ สามารถเดินไปหน้าหาดได้สบายๆ มีกิจกรรมให้ร่วมเยอะ
