Home2 Suites by Hilton Lakeland North I 4

Comfortable stay. Great healthy breakfast options. Very clean hotel.

Plenty of local food options. Convenient to highway

I love this hotel! The location is awesome, (I-4 & Hwy 98) super convenient to a myriad of restaurants, shopping and the mall across the street. Inside it's still relatively new, so everything looks great. Staff is super helpful and the cookies are a nice touch! The rating definitely does not reflect the property in any way. I'm glad I chose to read the reviews, where I discovered that it was basically people complaining about the $4.77 daily parking fee. It is a pretty ridiculous charge, but it is clearly disclosed. I would recommend that they just add it into the rate to eliminate confusion. However, the hotel is such a win for me that I'm more than willing to pay the fee as opposed to staying at the Hampton Inn on the next exit.

Location of the hotel was really nice, lots of restaurants and stores that are nearby and are walking distance! The atmosphere was also very relaxing. The rooms were nice and clean no issues whatsoever. Noise level was at an absolute 0, honestly the best sleep I’ve gotten in a while! And the service was super great. Also to add they have a few charging stations for my EV family!

Very nice room. This hotel is only two years old and is up to date. There are tons of restaurants very close by. The staff was nice and friendly.

Nice, new, clean hotel. Big rooms. Free breakfast. Good prices. Friendly staff. Best hotel in the area by a lot.

New hotel at a great value, staff was friendly, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. As always, Hilton branded hotel meets my expectations.

Please be advised when staying at this franchised Hilton property. The hotel staff falsely accused me of damaging an item that I reported to the front desk staff. The management team (Ryan and Nathan) are both very unprofessional and liars. Nathan also lied and contradicted himself to my financial institution. Please inspect your room throughly, document all communication with staff and take pictures of your entire stay to save yourself from lies and scams. Request all billing via email and print.

“For what I paid, the comfort and overall experience were surprisingly impressive. The room stayed perfectly cool throughout the night thanks to the reliable air conditioning, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming to us, and the cleanliness of the entire place really stood out. Altogether, it created an atmosphere that felt calm, safe, and genuinely comfortable.” We will stay here again.
