Do Rest Motel

Went up with a group and we rented 6 cabins. We had a great time. The owner is awesome and accommodating. Heated pool made the day bearable after a long day on the bikes and the evening bonfires were a nice relaxing way to wind down the day. Already booked for next year and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a great place to enjoy Lake George area. Clean - spacious - pool - wonderful people the run the place. For a reservation call and ask for Rob and I’m sure he’ll try to accommodate your needs. Will book there again 10+ for us. Very close to all services. Sue A

Another awesome weekend at the Do-Rest. Rob,Kathleen and their staff were wonderful. Cabins were clean and perfect for a friend's weekend away. Pool was heated and relaxing. We will definitely return. Thank you Rob & Kathkeen

The owner of this dump gave away my families room in which we had stayed for 20 years at Lee's Motel and Cottages where my grandmother passed away in 2016, when our reservation was made 6 months in advance. He then stated he overbooked when he clearly overcharged another customer for our room, so then proceeded to stick us in this sh*t hole. The cabin was leaning heavily towards the back of the poor excuse of a structure which had not been updated since the 1980's. TV did not work, beds were cheap with one missing pillows and a blanket. Bathroom was disgusting. WIFI was awful. His "buddies" staying next door were incredibly rude, disrepectful and inconsiderate. This lying scumbag does not have a place running a nail in a board let alone any sort of establishment. We will NEVER give this piece of sh*t another dollar of our hard earned money ever again. F*** YOU LYING SCUMBAG POS. I WISH YOU THE WORST.
