Close to all major hospitals, as well as restaurants, groceries, and 5 Mins to Irvine Spectrum and FivePoint Amphitheatre, and about 15 mins to Laguna Beach. Safe quiet culdesac neighborhood.

Small but nice place
The place is a little small. But it was nice. It is very clean and has good location for southern Orange County. Despite being near a major road, it is very quiet because the neighborhood is very quiet.

Perfect Guest Wedding Stay
This house was super cute. Very clean, A/C in rooms felt great, backyard was adorable. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. Be mindful the washer and dryer is shared with the unit next door. I wish the host was a little quicker to respond to questions however I understand, life happens. Would be awesome to see a little book of information about the unit at the unit to help answer any questions. It was a really nice neighborhood and I would definitely stay here again.
