Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola

Had a good time with plenty to do. Kids and adults enjoyed the jumping pillow and games room and we all had a good time at the tennis courts, pool and splash park. The lady at reception was really lovely to deal with. We came across kangaroos and had a possum on our verandah. We stayed in the lagoon lodge and there was turtles and eels in the lake.

Overall it was good.

Firstly, the staff are professional and always accommodating to requests and information. Situated on the beautiful waters edge with great splash park and pool etc. HOWEVER, a few sites of permanent patrons have spoilt it for us totally. To be verbally abused by a woman and challenged to go outside the park to "sort it out" is self descriptive of that clientelle! If you consider staying because it is a beautiful location, book the other end of the park near the cabins.

This place is better than we expected, cabin 13 on the lake beautiful views, roomie, extremely comfortable had everything thing we needed for a lovely weekend. For us just had no oven so we couldn't stay there for a week. Nice bbq we didn't need use this time but will next time. Price very reasonable van park very clean had a great looking water park plus games room also putt putt .

Great park, excellent facilities and amenities and right in beautiful lake Conjola. BUT we were surrounded by the most foul mouthed and badly behaved bogans and their children who unfortunately are permanent site holders at this park. 2 families nearby to us had Nintendo switches stolen from their tents. Because of this we will not return. A few bad apples you can ignore but as these lot are permanent site holders there’s no escaping them. This is NO criticism of staff, they are doing their best but unfortunately until they get rid of them we will take our business to the much more family friendly and nicer clientele of the Holiday Haven down the road.

My family recently stayed in a wavefront cabin and were very disappointed in our stay. There were a few things that let down this park. 1. There is no where on the Ingenia website that states that you cannot use the grass area in front of the wavefront cabins. It was one of the main reasons we booked this particular park, so the kids could get outside and explore and play while we could keep an eye on them from the deck of our cabin. We were only told at check in so too late to change rooms/cabins. 2. The gas stove in our cabin was unable to be used, the igniter would just continue to flick, and the gas ring kept going out. 3. The rooms are quite sad. Multiple patch marks and holes on walls, all left unpainted. Food on curtains and broken tiles throughout the kitchen. 4. Blankets supplied on the bunk beds in the kids rooms smelt dirty, so I’m guessing not washed after every use. 5. The parking spot for our cabin was mud. A couple of the other cabins were cemented but ours wasn’t. It rained and the drainage was terrible. Couldn’t get in and out of the car without stepping in a mud puddle. 6. One lady that worked at the front desk that probably shouldn’t be in customer service. Called for a minor issue and was spoken to horribly! I didn’t bother calling for the other issues as I didn’t want to have to deal with her so instead I’m leaving this review.
