This older lake cottage has four bedrooms and one and a half baths (recently updated). The floor coverings and mattresses were updated in 2018. There are 3 queen and 5 twin beds-all on the second floor. The living area is fairly large, The deck is good sized and overlooks the lake. There are multiple steps down to the lake. with eighty feet of lakefront. Nicely landscaped. Kitchen is fully furnished. Washer and dryer on site. Gas grill available for use. Private dock. Parking for up to three vehicles provided. We are 20 minutes from Shipshewana, Michiana Event Center and 10 minutes from Sylvan Cellars Event Center. We are close to multiple county parks. Delt Church Park has a Disc Golf Course and walking trails (5 miles), Pine Knob Park has a 3-D archery course and a boardwalk trail though a natural fen (14 miles), and Duff Memorial Park has a small mountain bike trail (15 miles).
