Inadmissible ! Nous avons réservé via la plateforme Airbnb pour deux nuits, du 19 au 21 juillet. Après avoir accepté notre réservation, nous confirmons à l’hôte notre arrivée prévue à 20h. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h04, devant un portail fermé. La personne était injoignable par téléphone, mail, message privé sur les réseaux sociaux. La plateforme Airbnb n’a pas non plus réussi à joindre l’hôte après plusieurs tentatives. Après toutes ces tentatives, nous n’avons toujours pas de nouvelles de l’hôte, pas un mot d’excuse. C’est inacceptable. Cet hébergement est à fuir.
