We booked a room for three people that was clearly advertised as having two beds. When we arrived, the pullout couch—one of the supposed beds—was broken and completely unusable. Instead of offering a real solution, we found an unmade air mattress stuffed in a closet with no blankets provided. At no point was this disclosed as the actual third bed. We left immediately and booked another hotel nearby. The property responded by offering a partial refund for one night, despite the fact that we didn’t stay at all—and then they went completely silent, ignoring every follow-up message. Their excuse? A vague mention of "cleaning staff photos" and a claim that we used the room for one night—without offering any proof or addressing the fact that their listing was misleading and the accommodations were unfit for the stay we paid for. This was a clear case of false advertising, followed by poor communication and refusal to make things right. Don’t be fooled by staged listing photos or vague claims of comfort—you might show up and find your bed broken and no one willing to help.
