Ulasan Waecicu Eden Beach Hotel

Ini adalah hotel tanpa akses jalan! Ketika kami tiba di malam hari, sopir menempatkan kami di sisi jalan yang gelap dan menunjuk ke papan kayu. Ayo kita bawa empat kotak besar dan beberapa tas tangan lalu berjalan ke bawah.Kita tidak bisa melihat apa pun kecuali jalan berkerikil di bawah. Belakangan supirnya merasa agak keterlaluan membiarkan kami menjelajah sendiri, jadi kami berani turun setelah dia bilang akan mengantar kami turun bersamanya. Oleh karena itu, kami membayar ongkosnya dua kali lipat kepada supir. Ini adalah hotel yang mirip dengan kabin hutan. Lobinya berada di tepi pantai di kaki gunung. Anda perlu berjalan kaki menyusuri jalan pegunungan selama 15 menit dari jalan raya untuk melihatnya. Bisa dibayangkan betapa sulitnya membawanya. bagasi. Kami tiba dengan naik perahu yang indah ke tempat yang menakjubkan ini. Ronald dan semua staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Pemandangan dari kamar kami sangat menakjubkan. Kami menyukai tempat ini dan pasti akan kembali ❤️

Very cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

Excelente servicio. Difícil acceso con maletas aunque el personal del hotel te ayuda. Recomiendo acceder por barco que organiza el propio hotel

絕對不錯的一家酒店，床很舒服，房間很大，位置也很好，周邊環境不錯，風景簡直太美了，值得推薦和點贊。

Tempat ini ajaib... Terletak di sebuah bukit, di antah berantah dengan privasi mutlak (tidak banyak hotel tetangga), secara harfiah beberapa langkah dari pantai Waecicu Eden yang indah... Beberapa km dari kota, Anda tidak akan mendengar doa masjid. Benar-benar tenang dan romantis. Kami akan merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk pasangan/keluarga untuk bersantai. Hati-hati, dapat diakses dengan perahu tanpa wifi yang kuat (tapi kami tidak keberatan sama sekali). Kami juga tidak memiliki air panas tetapi sekali lagi, kami tidak keberatan;) Staf sangat baik dan hangat. Resepsionis/pintu masuk/restoran, di bawah bukit, di depan pantai, besar dengan banyak meja dan sofa untuk bersantai. Kamarnya cukup sederhana tapi bersih dan nyaman, dengan pemandangan laut yang indah. Banyak langkah, jadi jelas bukan untuk mereka yang memiliki kaki lemah. 100% merekomendasikan tempat ini untuk liburan pasangan atau keluarga, sempurna untuk bersantai dan sangat romantis.

Property staff and location was perfect. Right on the beach and the staff took care of any questions or problems immediately.

When we arrived at Waecicu, staff took our bags but no-one showed us to our room or reception so we were initially a little lost. When someone eventually came and found us, we were shown our room (advertised with 'ocean views') actually had only a small cellar window that looked down on a worksite, yet there were plenty of mozzies as the walls did not meet the roof. Our sink was blocked and would not drain as was the sink in the restaurant toilets which also had no toilet paper or soap. The other toilet was out of order. We booked for three nights, but three months earlier cancelled one night, yet despite the notice and assurances to sort it once we arrived in person, we were not refunded the third night. The acting manager said he would provide a breakfast pack as we were going on a boat tour, but did not wake up in time, so we were the only family on the tour without breakfast. After being quite assertive, we were offered an upgrade and were given a beautiful room with an outstanding view and had a good time in the end. The waiter and boat driver was truly lovely. We will not be going to Waecicu again.

Obwohl wir zeitweise die einzigen Gäste in der Anlage waren, liess der Service sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es war nicht genug Bier kalt gestellt, das Essen war wirklich katastrophal, WiFi nur von abends im Restaurant und der Treppenaufstieg zu den Zimmern ganz schön abenteurlich. Die Anlage hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Der angeblich traumhafte Strand wird nicht aufgeräumt, die Tische im Restauant nicht abgeräumt und die Garten-Anlage selber nicht in Schuss gehalten. Das Personal hängt den ganzen Tag im Restaurant am Handy und reagiert nur, wenn man sie direkt anspricht. Die Lage ist abseits der Stadt und man muss immer mit dem Boot und dem Taxi fahren, um wo anders essen zu können ... Das kostet alles extra. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

L'hotel est excentré. De ce fait si on doit faire des activités (plongées ou excursions) c'est moins pratique que d'être situé près du centre de Labuan Bajo. On est à la merci des taxi et Grab (Uber) ne fonctionne pas à Labuan Bajo. L'hébergement est sommaire, un filet d'eau pour le lavabo. Pour accéder à l'hotel, on se fait déposer sur la route principal et ensuite il faut descendre par un sentier puis par des marches interminables pour aller à l'accueil qui se trouve au niveau de la plage. On ne fait que monter te descendre en permanence dans cet hotel. On voulait profiter de la plage mais avec la marée, on peut se baigner uniquement le matin, au retour des excursions ce n'est plus possible. Le Wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres et de uniquement de 18H à 21H au restaurant. point positif : La nourriture est bonne et le personnel super serviable, souriant et gentil.
