My wife and I stayed at Hotel Diana in the Dolomites for six nights in June 2022. We opted for half-board - breakfast and the 5-course dinner each day. We found the welcome, our room, and the provided meals to be of an exceptionally high standard. The hotel’s chef, Simon, provided consistently superb meals. Simona (front of house, among other things) is extremely welcoming, helpful, and a consummate hospitality professional. We unreservedly recommend Hotel Diana. I suggest that you ‘do yourself a favour’ and go for the ‘half board’ option which includes the dinners. I don’t think anybody could be disappointed staying at this family-run hotel. Cheers.
