新酒店還有很重的裝修味道，房間空調很奇怪，出風是那種非常冷的風，不管設定是多少度。衞生非常一般比Wingate差很遠，四星級酒店大概就2.5星的水平。

Stayed here in September. After taking a shower, I used a towel and then saw how disgusting it was. I am beyond horrified that it looked like it had two golf ball size stains on it that resembled blood. I showed the housekeeper manager. She said she couldn’t be sure it wasn’t blood. She said meet her downstairs at the front desk and she and her manager would be waiting there for me. Neither one was there. I had to find her again and she had to find him. His name is Tarayank Dave and he couldn’t care less. He said he worked in the industry for over 20 years and it wasn’t blood. My daughter and I both said that it absolutely looked like it. He said it could be a used towel with make up on it that was placed there by accident. Either way I am beyond totally disgusted. So I either used a soiled towel or one with blood on it. I was shaking with horror. He didn’t seem to care much and started looking at a person behind me that had just arrived to check out. He just wanted to get rid of me. He said we have a product that can tell what the stain is and I will call you in 45 minutes and let you know what the stain is. He wrote down my name and number. He said ok you’re all set as he proceeded to ask the lady behind me how he could help. He was unsympathetic and totally dismissive. I asked him to have his boss call me. He said he would within 48 hours. I never got a call from either one. When I was home from vacation I called IHG customer service. I explained the whole thing to a very sympathetic woman. She gave me a case number and I am also an IHG member. She said someone will call you within 48 hours. I still have not received a call from anyone. This is a nightmare and could be a health hazard. Do NOT stay here. This could happen to you. I am not afraid to stay in hotels.

it appears a new hotel, however, you can hear TV or people talking in next room. The shower is outdated and check in is very slow. The restaurant offers just pizza and burger. The breakfast is horrible and the staff serving is rude, sloppy and slow. They mixed up our breakfast on the first day and after we complained they ignored us on purpose on the second day. We complained to the manager but he was useless so we gave up and requested a refund. We left hungry to Las Vegas. It was horrible experience;

Nieuw hotel en dus rook alles nog nieuw en fris. Dat is altijd aangenaam. Toch opmerkingen, sommige personeelsleden weten echt niet hoe met klanten om te gaan. Andere deden het dan weer heel goed. Ontbijt neemt best wat tijd in beslag omdat het bediening aan tafel is. Buffet zou wel makkelijker zijn. Maar de algemene beleving is best goed, vonden wij. Goeie ligging voor Zion en winkels in de buurt. Heel goed grill restaurant dichtbij. Eén tip, kies asjeblieft voor een warmere verlichting! Dit koude witte licht door het volledige hotel en kamers geeft geen sfeer en voelt koud en kil aan als een wasserette!
