*On the plus side: the garden is very pretty and the breakfast was delicious, props to the hard working ladies in the kitchen and the cleaning service as it was spotless. Aside from that, not a good experience at all!!!!* When I arrived, they tried to give me a room in a whole different building, with “colonial style”, that had no blinds and huge set of stairs to the bed!!! It was not like the pictures at all and I complained many times until they finally offered a room that seemed decent in the main hotel area. The service was bad as they couldn’t care less that they were trying to abuse the system by giving me another low grade room across the street. The reception suggested a restaurant, honestly one if the worst I have ever been, called Mare y Bombo. Extremely expensive, also bad service (you can see their reviews which speaks for itself). Lastly the were unhelpful at the hotel and never mentioned services like tbe massage whch comes included in the price. I also had a morning tour and they did not allow an early pre made breakfast which could have taken them 2 minutes to prepare the day before. I could have even prepared it myself. Oh and the noise was really bad. I constantly heard people walking above me. Location in the center felt unsafe at night.

Nice hotel located in the center of La Serena. The hotel in divider in 2 buildings very well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very cosy. The garden is really appreciated; we could hear the birds. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffet-style.

Estuve unos días en este hotel! Mi estadía superó mis expectativas, su decoración es un deleite a la artesanía local un placer en si mismo a los sentidos, su personal es atento y preocupado por una estadía reconfortante y placentera , totalmente recomendable

El hotel está ubicado en el centro, con mucho comercio alrededor ( 1 cuadra de la plaza). No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero tiene convenio con un local aledaño que tiene un valor bastante aceptable por la noche. Destaca su decoración interior, con espacios para compartir al aire libre muy hermosos. Las habitaciones son cómodas, aunque algo frías, sin embargo, se preocupan de tener harta ropa de cama, calienta camas y estufa pequeña. El desayuno es variado, tiene la opción de tomar líquidos calientes, fríos, con gran cantidad de manjares, mermeladas, lo mejor los huevos preparadas en el mismo lugar. Las chicas que atienden la cocina son un 7, su amabilidad es realmente destacable.

Hotel ubicado en el centro histórico de la ciudad con una increíble decoración de espacios comunes, habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno es variado y rico. Además, hay posibilidad de hacer tours y diversas actividades culturales para visitar en los alrededores. El personal fue muy atento y siempre dispuestos a resolver dudas. Me encantó el hotel y sin duda volvería.

Excelente servicio. La habitación impecable y muy cómoda. Las zonas de uso común muy bien habilitadas. La decoración exquisita. Todo excelente. La única nota negativa: la atención de las personas encargadas del desyuno. Volvería sin pensarlo dos veces.
