We had a fantastic holiday! The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the Pontillas lift, restaurants, and a play park. The frequent doorstep bus made getting to the lifts and shops easy. We loved the easy access to plenty of blue and green runs, perfect for us as we wanted a relaxed ski beginner-intermediate experience. The pool was a great bonus, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great value for families—we’d definitely return!

Le logement Num 306 top vue sur la montagne ,balcon top pour bronzer Même la literie du salon n est pas trop mal😉 Logement pouvant accueillir 6 personnes SS problème Le seul bémol pas trop de rangement pour la cuisine (pas de grill pain mais le micro onde fait le taff)et une chambre qui donne sur l escalier donc pas de possibilités d'ouvrir la fenêtre donc pas d aeration possible Concernant l accueil du personnel et la disponibilité,c est top 👌 A l écoute merci Irem et Cinzia pour votre disponibilité et votre sourire Et Vincent pour votre rapidité a nous satisfaire 😉

First of all: the staff is super friendly and helpful. Location in relation to the slopes is excellent. It is within walking distance, but there is also a shuttle. Bread service is very nice. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment. Fortunately we only needed two, because the so called 'third bedroom' is the living room with a bed/sofa. So be aware if you plan to book with three children. It is a three bed appartment, not a three bedROOM. Furthermore, beds were not made up on check in. That immediately reduces your holiday feeling. Apartments must be cleaned by the tenants themselves upon departure, so that explains the state of the appartment. Vacuum cleaner was present, but of low quality. Place was cleaned, but not what you expect. There are no cleaning products available, so no idea how to clean the apartment. You are dependent on the willingness of your predecessor. Staff will do a marginal check, but does not have enough time and resources to clean it thoroughly.

Family of 8 adults, we booked an apartment & it was great, very comfortable (except maybe the beds which were a little firm for our liking but e all still slept) well equipped for cooking, thankfully I brought all cleaning requirements with me as nothing there. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, surface wipes etc. Well situated and the courtesy bus was fantastic especially when going to and from the slopes with all ski gear. Only downside would be just one sofa-comfortably sat 4 but another one would have been great for the other 4 to relax in the evenings. Overall loved it and well pleased, would definitely recommend.

The apartment was spread across two floors. Downstairs, there was a well-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and living room (featuring a pull-out sofa), as well as a toilet. Upstairs, there was a bedroom and a bathroom. Three adults stayed in the apartment, and we had plenty of space. The only downside is that the toilet and the bathroom are located on different floors. The apartment also has a lovely balcony. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the elevators, hallways, and common areas are well-maintained and clean. It is also commendable that the property is pet-friendly. A bus line runs from the property to the gondola and cable car according to the schedule.

The 6p apartments are very small (double bed of 140cm) and living room with sofa bed mentioned as bedroom. Beds aren’t made upon arrival and incomplete sheets provided. Furthermore untidy and unfriendly communication regarding check out. Location quite good. Dutch translation is misleading, according to the website we would have a 3-bedroom apartment but ended up with a sleeping coach. Would neven book again.
