Golden Donaire Beach

Fabulous hotel, great location, staff are amazing and really helpful. The hotel and grounds are spotless. The only suggestions I have made to the hotel are better signage for the facilities ie gym . And for some changes to the cooked breakfast items. So if you find hash browns on the breakfast buffet you can thank me.

The best hotel I've stayed in . Beautiful views . Staff go beyond to make your stay a holiday to remember from the reception staff to the cleaning staff make your stay perfect as possible. The food is delicious and caters for everyone even if you don't see what you like speak to staff of chief and will cater for your needs .

Had a sea view room on the 8 th floor, lovely room , very clean and comfortable, comfortable beds which were made every day, fridge and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Superb view of the beach and morning sunrise across the horizon. One gripe being on the top floor was the lifts, must stop on every level due to being busy but not a complaint . Food in the restaurant was very good, a choice for everyone, cooking stations with meat and fish, a wide variety and have no complaints at all in regards to the food. It did seem that waiting staff attended to the regular guests or Spanish, on numerous occasions we had to get the attention of the staff just for bottled water , some days the water never arrived ! I’m sure it was just how busy the restaurant was? Bar staff were excellent, Nathan, Marta , I think her name was? Jose, worked very hard and were so polite. A wide variety of drinks for all inclusive, bar snacks available which were great. Pool area was fine, regulars were waiting at 9.00 am to get their same sunbeds every day, most days there were beds available in the areas where the sun shone all day, other than that, loads in the shade. Pool was absolutely freezing, I did swim every day though, normally the only one ! Games were played throughout the day outside which a lot of people got involved in, staff all friendly. Hotel right on the beach which was brilliant, Did not stay around at night for the entertainment on offer. Located right next to the bus stops to various locations. All in all a very nice hotel and can’t fault the staff and cleanliness, Would recommend, but probably would not return for a while

Ahhh a fantastic hotel something for everyone . Attentive staff, great atmosphere and beautiful location. A special mention for all the regulars who visit year on year . The people the place and the staff all make for a great package. A truly welcoming atmosphere nothing is too much for anyone , reception , maids, the restaurant and of course the fantastic entertainments team . We will be back .

The staff were absolutely amazing, beautiful room and location, food was great, slightly repetitive but overall found something everyday. Entertainment was fantastic and I can’t even begin to explain how amazing the entertainment staff are. Our favourites by far were Brox and Ceci, their energy was infectious and they made the trip so memorable. Reception staff were so helpful with our queries and tried their best to make accommodations for us when needed. Special mention to Isobel in the dining room who was so sweet whenever she served us. The Cava surprise on my birthday was so kind. Bar staff and cleaners brilliant too! Always so polite and helpful, especially when they work so hard! Overall the stay was amazing and the staff made it truly one of a kind.

I could not fault this place, great staff, food, entertainment. Everywhere was clean and so much to do either within the complex or just a short bus ride away. Amazing views. Just ensure that you are not at the back of the hotel as it can be quite loud and disruptive with bin collections and deliveries. That would be the only downfall. I will definitely be returning again and again.
