The location in Sopocachi is great! It's far enough from the center (without annoying noise and crowds of people, but you can walk 15 minutes to get there). The lounge is open all day, so you can have coffee, tea, water whenever you want, for free. There is a significant difference between the rooms on the ground floor and the rooms on the first floor; the first ones are much better. The closest cable car station is the Yellow line (Sopocachi station) - about 15 minutes walk. The hotel is an island of peace in the middle of a chaotic city. I totally recommend it.

Staff was very helpful in providing guidance on how to explore the city to the fullest. Also, the rooms and breakfast was definitely worth the price (which is not too hefty price). I would recommend the place for solo and couples travelling in La Paz

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The first room we were given had a sink tap that wasn't working properly and we were given another room promptly - which was comfortable and satisfactory. We had to deal with BoA for a flight refund - which required a request letter being submitted in Spanish. Gladys the receptionist went beyond the call of duty to draft the letter for us, in addition to helping us make copies of documents that BoA wanted. Hot beverages were available at any time which was much appreciated. Be warned that there are 2 flights of about 15 steps each going up to the entrance/reception - with La Paz being at altitude, even without any mobility/health issues, we were breathless each time we went up!

We stayed here a few times during a mountaineering trip and were extremely pleased. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet part of town. The staff is very attentive and courteous. They even served gluten free bread for breakfast after learning at our initial stay that one in our group had dietary restrictions. The rooms are also very comfortable and rather spacious compared to another hotel we stayed at. Our room also had spectacular views of the city. Also, they were able to store our extra gear when we took a side trip out to Isle del Sol.

Really very clean hotel with a nice bright rooms and pictures on the walls. Some of the front desk staff speak really good English, some of them not so good. What was really annoying was a breakfast one day, when we came to eat at 9. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10. I had to point out every item separately what was already missing, like bread, cheese, cups, plates, coffee, like if they could’t see themselves.

Destacó sobre todo la atención , muy cordial y servicial. Las Habitaciones son amplias y muy confortables, el desayuno es abundante. Ofrecen un Servicio de cafetería gratuito las 24 hs. Buena ubicación , el barrio tranquilo y silencioso.

Un boutique hotel che. Ha il pregio di essere in una via veramente tranquilla e silenziosa ( a La Paz tutti strombazzano in continuazione) con vista sul monte Illimani ( se non ci sono nuvole) e un micro giardinetto. Era la casa privata di un artista con bei quadri e poltrone colorate nella zona caffetteria sempre a disposizione per i clienti . La nostra stanza non era spaziosa ma pulita il bagno poteva essere un po’ meglio . Colazione decorosa . La sensazione è di una certa trasandatezza per esempio in caffetteria dove le tazze sporche stanno lì tutto il pomeriggio e il porta asciugamani crolla appena lo usi …e l’wifi funziona poco. Potrebbe essere un gioiellino ma ha bisogno di maggio manutenzione e di personale più attento
