We fell in love with this magnificent place, with its sophisticated architecture and design. Located in the charming village of La Oliva, in the heart of the countryside and close to everything. We stayed in both apartments as we booked late as had to move mid-way through the week. Both apartments are lovely. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped and the owners and staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfasts are great and although the pool was a little chilly this is normal on the island. Our hotel pool in week two was also chilly! The apartments are in a small village which has a shop and a great church to visit and it's not far to drive to great beaches futher north, or to take the ferry to visit Lobos Island.

Coming off the street with its traffic, one enters into a haven of peace and light. The high walls are a defence from the strong winds in the pool garden. It is satisfactory to lie in its stillness and watch the tossing head of the palm trees outside. The design of the room is witty, with the loo, the curtain that encloses the bed and the shower bath forming three circles within the rectangles of the space. The concierge service is a real bonus. Raul helped promptly with several problems, and guided us to some excellent restaurants. Blue is a cheerful and efficient housekeeper. An ideal centre for the beaches of the North, and an antidote to the beastly developments at Corralejo.

My stay at Casa Montelongo was wonderful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and relax. The service was great, I got a very warm welcome, the breakfast was wonderful and communication overall very easy. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a better looking accommodation, it is spacious and decorated very tasteful. I would definitely visit again!

Lovely apartment, very spacious, beautifully designed and delicious breakfast included. A good base for exploring the island, with very good local restaurants to visit. Do venture up into the hills for amazing views. A car is essential here

What a beautiful place. The architecture by Néstor Pérez Batista blends in perfectly with the surroundings. The two suites offer plenty of secluded space for all guests to calm down, relax and enjoy Casa Montelongo. Carefully selected materials, perfect natural lighting, great choice of furniture and lamps. And if the architecture alone might not be enough to calm you down, there is a nice pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone always made us feel perfectly taken care of, and took time for a chat in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and offered produce from organic farm surrounding the property. If you want to relax, Casa Montelongo is a great choice.

The place is stunning, stylish with superb design and everything used is of the highest quality: from the Aesop shower gel and shampoo, to the cotton of the sheets and towels. The swimming pool are and the space around organised with plants, like a Riad style is so precious. Breakfast is super good and despite the Casa Montelongo is on the main road of La Oliva , is super quiet and the little village is cute. Alba, the co-host helped us to book the restaurants we wanted and they are alwaya available. This is the only place i would stay in Fuerteventura if i go back.

The design of the casa Montelongo is gorgeous and really impressive. The place was calm. We had a wonderful reception and numerous advices to visit Fuerteventura. We really enjoyed our stay at the case and we could easily discover the island.
