We arrived bleary eyed from our flight. eSIM difficulties prevented us from receiving Maria’s information on how to access the gate and hotel. Luckily a German couple staying in the hotel arrived precipitously while we were trying to figure out what to do. They explained how things worked, gave us Maria’s phone number and eased us into our first day. We are so grateful to the amazing staff AND guests at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious! The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and extremely walkable to the town. The neighborhood is quiet, the house charming , the location safe and central. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you EVERYONE for a wonderful stay.

We stayed for a long weekend at Hotel Boutique San Diego to enjoy the town of La Laguna and hiking in Anaga Rural Park. The hotel is absolutely charming and the rooms are very comfortable. We reserved the Laguna Suite and appreciated the beauty of the attached garden atrium. The location is quiet but a quick walk into the city center. Breakfast in the morning was very filling and there was a generous assortment of items to choose from. Communications with the hotel were very clear and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

What a wonderful small hotel, beautifully decorated, in a great quiet location. The communication from the hotel was excellent before arrival and easy to follow. The hotel reception is not manned all the time and there is no one on site outside of the reception hours but they are available 24/7. The hotel is only a 15 min walk into the centre where you can find a lot of restaurants shops etc. There is a lounge area with an honesty bar along with a coffee machine. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection. My only very minor criticism would be that the glass door on the toilet could benefit from a frosted film.

This hotel is exactly what a boutique hotel is supposed to be: small, quiet, stylish, with a soul that the big resorts don't have. The decoration is excellent, the garden is beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. You can tell they really want to provide an excellent service. It shows in their behavior. The breakfast is very good. The air conditioning is very efficient.

Well the hotel bent over backwards as I had accidentally booked the hotel for the week after!!! My mistake and totally put in wrong dates and luckily they had the junior suit still available and sent us details within half an hour of how to access the hotel and keyless check-in etc. The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean, the hotel with it's downstairs lounge and breakfast conservatory are tasteful and beautifully curated. The hosts were so happy to help and share tips on where to go for dinner. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. Aircon in the suite could have been a little cooler but we did come in a heat wave! We did stay elsewhere on the island and really should have just stayed here!

Lovely hotel, great location - highly recommend. The property is stunning and the local town is very close and full of great amenities. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was great. Couldn’t recommend it enough! If they had a little plunge pool you’d never need to leave! Would definitely return if we were in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Hotel Boutique San Diego for a three night stay. We were warmly welcomed by Maria who kindly organised three top restaurants for us to visit. Although only a short walk from the town centre, the hotel garden was very quiet and relaxed and much appreciated in the hot weather. We look forward to our next visit to our favourite Tenerife hotel!

Lástima que no pueda poner 10 estrellas….. Suelo ir Tenerife todos los años y este hotel fue todo un descubrimiento! El hotel es ideal, actual pero con mucho encanto. Se respira una paz que no hay en otros hoteles. María, Heidi y Eva son unas cracks! Hacen todo lo que está en sus manos para hacer que todo esté a tu gusto. Son súper atentas, serviciales, simpáticas…..Si yo fuera el dueño desde luego las subiría el sueldo porque no es fácil encontrar personas así🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻De hecho, de nada sirve estar en un hotel así sin personal como ellas. He estado más cómoda que en mi propia casa! He viajado y me he alojado en muchísimos hoteles dentro y fuera de España y jamás había vivido una experiencia así! El desayuno buenísimo todo!
