Beautiful, characterful hotel with excellent service and facilities plus value for money. Hope to return.

Good hotel in many ways, parking is difficult to find. Left a blanket, wrote a email and called for it to be given back but no reply. Good breakfast and beds.

衞生、環境和服務都很好，設施有不足之處：我房間有浴缸，浴缸防水時第一時間有非常響亮的共振，必須把另一個手柄開關一下才消除，不是大毛病，算是瑕不掩瑜吧。

We were visiting a friend in La Laguna and decided to treat ourselves to an overnight stay. It was a great decision as the hotel is fabulous. The architectural setting is amazing, still in keeping with the local historical area. We were allocated a room with 3 beds and a double room. Both rooms were sizeable and very nicely decorated. Tye 3 bed room had a dressing area too. Toiletries were provided and a large bottle of water in the fridge. It is ideally placed to explore La Laguna and take the tram down to Santa Cruz. The hotel has a lovely bar. We experienced a problem with our air conditioning in one room and spoke to reception. Within a few minutes a nice maintenance man appeared and tried to fix it. He wasn't able to do so we were offered a suite down the corridor for the night instead which they quickly set up for 3 people. Excellent customer service. All the staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful and we couldn't have had a nicer stay. Breakfast buffet was lovely too.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was close to historic district and highway. Staff very personable. Cafeteria/bar downstairs great and breakfast Buffett was good. Really good location and reasonable price. I was able to easily visit Santa Cruz and Candelaria easily.

A beautiful hotel with so much architectural interest and gorgeous areas to sit and pause ! I booked this hotel for a weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday & it was perfect. Breakfast & evening meal were exceptional with lots of choice. This wasn’t typical hotel food. We enjoyed pre drinks in the bar , which had a lovely atmosphere and great places to sit. The views from the roof top pool & sauna are also worthy of a visit , even if cloudy ! A fantastic central base for exploring the delights of La Laguna Highly recommend

Great hotel! Beautiful setup, nice common areas, functional rooms. Cafe staff and reception went above and beyond. Didn’t try restaurants so cants speak to that. If u have a car I’d use their parking lot, not much available street level. Buses go great- 15min walk to major station

This happened during the two days I was there. I chose a room with a terrace, that I could not use because of the noise. Anyway you can hear the noise in the room through the closed window (which didn't close properly anyway). The direction obviously wants to make as much money as possible , but there is really a lack of respect for the customers staying in the hotel. It is not acceptable!

Our stay was perfect thanks to this hotel. The location is perfect to visit the city or just to chill by the pool, which had an amazong view! The staff was very helpful and nice. I will go back for sure and I vividly recommend La Laguna Gran Hotel.

Breakfast very complete with fresh juice and fruits. Lots of cold cuts and cheese. Beautiful room in the old part. Airco. Windows can open too. Good beds. Great service. Free parking at 100 m. Near beach dining in a lovely village. Pool on roof.
