We stayed at the hotel for a family skiing holiday late February and could not have been happier. Despite poor snow conditions and high temperatures we could ski in and ski out every day. No car needed. Talking about the car: there was ample parking and even, albeit slightly expensive, charging points for our hybrid car. Rooms were clean, charming and cosy; comfortable beds with firm mattresses. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great selection of warm and cold options, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit to make smoothies. We also had all our dinners at the hotel and the food was excellent, with quick service. Good wine selection that was reasonably priced. Last but not least the common areas offered plenty of space to hang out after skiing and enjoy the bar menu and drinks. Wait staff was very friendly. It is only a short walk to the town square and we enjoyed walking around town. Highly recommend La Clusaz and Hotel Beauregard!

Room was very small for a twin room. Chipped toilet seat. Chipped enamel on the bath. Toilet roll holder hanging-off the wall. Beds were fresh and comfortable. Robes for the spa are old, tatty and very off-white and off-putting. The spa is like a crèche. Constantly noisy and fully of children, impossible to relax. Bar area full of children and noise. No log fire burning or tranquil ambience - felt like a motorway station. Bar staff rude, inexperienced and noisy themselves. Waiting time unacceptable for bar food (pate!). No room service even though my friend broke her leg!!!! No attempt to see if she needed anything during the days she remained in her room…. Had to beg staff for help at every juncture. It appears to be a lack of training I hope, because if it is attitude, I feel we have not stayed in the same hotel as some of the other reviews, which is why we chose the hotel in the first place. Shabby and very disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2024 and were very happy with the location and the way the staff helped us. The majority of the experience was good, sauna and steam room were clean but the hot tub wasn’t warm at all. Our room was clean and the bathroom was nicely finished although very small for a 4Star hotel. Overall it’s a little expensive for the type and size of room, it’s the location you’re paying for.

Hotel Beauregard has been our favorite hotel to stay for several years already. The location, the food, the accomodation, the friendly staff, ... make it a remarkable hotel for a family ski holiday. We always love to come back. And the kids as well. I enjoy the combination of high quality, calmth and also the openess to kids. ANd we are happy it is not the typical "a lot of kids and loud noise" hotel.

comfortable hotel, friendly helpful staff excellent food, although poor choice for vegetarians the spa area is very nice and relaxing after skiing. Good breakfast choices. SKiset service very helpful for ski hire and good to use ski store room.

We loved this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was warm and spacious, the food was delicious and the live Jazz duo were a delight. We enjoyed the sauna and 17m swimming pool. The hotel is ski-in ski-out, and the adjacent ski room and the hotel's relationship with a nearby ski rental service made renting and returning skis effortless.

Fabulous hotel, location, friendly staff and amenities with great food. We stayed 3 nights on opening ski weekend. Authentic alpine hotel which was magical as soon as we walked in. Ski in and out, ski room and all the spa facilities to relax afterwards. Would highly recommend and will visit again

The service at this hotel was exceptional. Everyone was warm, inviting, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very generous; the pool is large and pleasantly heated. The hotel is a five/minute walk into the centre of town, so you can easily leave your car and walk. The bathroom is a good size. My only observation is that the pillows were very hard...some softer options would be welcome. Overall, I really enjoyed the Hotel Beauregard and will definitely return}

We enjoyed our stay Hotel is perfectly located for the slopes, the boot & ski room is handy and well run and the pool is a welcome post ski relaxing area The breakfast was nice- enough choice and good quality. It also felt chilled for a buffet- never too busy. Drinks were nice in the bar & reasonable. There’s a football table and pool table for a bit of fun. The room was a tad small but nice we had a corner room with dual aspect view. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Robes and plenty of towels. We felt the hotel was quite impersonal- we stayed for 5 nights and had zero interaction with staff. There was always a welcome sign for a group or business and this seemed to be the focus. Perhaps as March was just coming to the end of ski season. The first night was very busy. The bar area was rammed in the late afternoon with a private group and we experienced quite a lot of noise in our room late at night ( doors, loud voices etc). We didn’t experience noise again. We didn’t use the restaurant at night as there were so many great options on the doorstep. We would definitely stay again
