Perfect location, everything in walking distance. Such wonderful and friendly staff. I has to get up early the next morning for my bus and the staff made sure I was ok and gave me a little gift box of water and a sandwich for my travels. Beautiful hotel and amazing food. Definitely recommend whilst staying in Trinidad

This hotel may be the best and most expensive hotel in Trinidad, but the introduction of this hotel on Ctrip is completely false. Of course, because of my complaint, they have removed the false promotional pictures. It's not that this hotel is bad, but the false promotion is really annoying. I hope that similar situations will not appear on Ctrip in the future. The picture is a screenshot of the promotional website when I booked the room. They don't have anything in the picture, it's completely fictitious!

Located in a nice little square in the town. The rooms are large and well maintained. Free bottled water and slippers are provided. The WI-FI keeps disconnecting. The breakfast is expensive and unpalatable. The waiters chat together without paying attention to others.

The best hotel of our Cuba vacation March/April 2024. Best location in Trinidad, just 10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Beautiful foyer, large rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast selection very good for Cuban standards. The hotel could also justify its very good rating outside of Cuba. The only drawback, but a small one for a city hotel, is the lack of a spa/gym, but that is criticism at a high level.

Exceptional service, especially from Carlos, who was our butler. The room was beautiful but the price was excessive for not including breakfast. When we turned on the air conditioning, an unbearable smell of food came in, so we couldn't turn it on.

The hotel is very nice and the location is good. The service was good the first day. As advertised, we had a breakfast buffet. Only on the second day there was no buffet and the service wasn't that good either. Unfortunately we didn't know why. A bit poor for a five star hotel.

A luxurious hotel in the style of the sixties, very clean and tidy, the service of the staff at the reception, at the entrance and in customer service is excellent. Very comfortable room. Breakfast is served at the table: a fruit plate, bread and eggs made to order, coffee and fresh guava juice. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of the center.

The warm welcome, beautiful luxurious large room and fabulous service in the restaurant and bar make this the perfect place to stay . Trinidad is full of history, unique cobbled streets and friendly people. The local restaurants serve great tapas, mojito and great choices of menu plus live bands create a great atmosphere and experience. We thoroughly enjoyed a private guide here with William who had amazing local knowledge booked through Cuba Private Travel. Definitely not a place to miss .

We vacationed at Iberostar Trinidad in February 2025 and were quite impressed and would love to stay there again when back in Cuba. We had many questions and were helped by the receptionist, Ilen. She was very polite and answered all of our queries.

An amazing experience!!! I love it!!! We had great time in the Iberostar Grand Trinidad hotel. I would recommend this hotel!!! The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is a beautiful place to spend vacation. The city of Trinidad is a historic place and I would recommend visiting. It is a walking distance from the hotel to the downtown Trinidad. Food was delicious and fresh. They had the best coffee in town.

This is probably the best hotel we stayed at while in Cuba. It was a lovely historic building, well maintained with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and robes and plenty of hot water which wasn’t the case everywhere we stayed. But what was really standout was the staff who were all charming and helpful. I have to single out their Guest Relations employee Addys Prieto who went the extra mile when I realised I had left my wallet and purse at the previous hotel 6 hours away in a country that doesn’t have a reliable postal or courier service. Thank you Addys and all the lovely friendly staff at the Iberiostar Grand

A beautiful and well maintained hotel in Trinidad. The town centre is within the walking distance. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and presents the glory of the old days. The restaurant provided attentive service and great food. We had a nice and comfortable stay and the overall experience was excellent.
