Having spent with my wife four glorious nights in no9 in Canal, I’ve no words to express my gratitude to the impeccable service of the staff and specially of the two sweet girls Chrysa and Nikoletta. Cleaning service was also flawless. Designed rooms over some practicality I would say but sparkling clean with precious amenities. Bed was very comfortable too. View from the balcony to Canala bay was also stunning. Another pleasant service was the breakfast service in each room. Had to be ordered either electronically or by a catalogue and the variety and its quality was more than great. Thank you Canal Suites, will be back next year!

Even belatedly, we would like to thank you 🙏 for the beautiful stay we had at your hotel for our friends wedding 🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊 The suites are wonderful with beautiful decoration, sea view, comfortably , the breakfast served on our terrace and our choice ! Everything was very tasty and handmade !!! We wish you a good rest of the summer.

Kanala is remote , we always rent a scooter or car but this was the first time they would not deliver a scooter to our accommodation despite the website saying they can arrange car/moto rental . As taxi /transfers are so expensive to get back to the port we had to manage without . The room is very small as is the pool area . There is literally one small rail for clothes with 4 hangers , no drawers or shelves . We had to keep our clothes in our bags Other than 2 small bottles of water on arrival no more water supplied despite being told not to use tap water . Please supply your guests with water to drink , clean teethetc it’s a basic of an hotel stay . The mini fridge cupboard would not close . On a positive the breakfasts where amazing and made up for some of the negatives . There are limited places to eat in Kanala and without the scooter made it even more difficult . Staff where very helpful and allowed us to use the facilities until we left for our ferry. There is a very large electrical post and cables in front of the hotel which really does spoil the view into the bay . We did have a pleasant but far from perfect stay

Second stay in one year so we do like the rooms and the location (Kanala). The breakfast is also very nice with a good selection. However breakfast preferably is taken in the room. This implies deciding the previous evening what time you want to have breakfast and what you will have. In addition the room is not equipped to have breakfast and neither is the terrace since it is very hot and does not have suitable furniture (stylish design but very uncomfortable). Alternatively breakfast on the main floor terrace, where there are nice tables and seats, is totally impossible since there is no shade whatsoever. Please Canal Suites, shade on the main floor area is a very easy solution to an uncomfortable situation. If you solve this, we will have your breakfast every day, next time round.

From the minute we booked to the moment we left we were cared for. John,Nicoletta and the two ladies who kept us spotless were fabulous. Quiet,clean,modern, efficient and beautiful accommodation. Great ! We do travel a lot but this is how it should be, nice room, great view, but most of all personal attention…. Which makes you feel appreciated, keep up with this ! If you can host a “hotel” like this you deserve 5 stars. A reason to come back to the lovely island of Kythnos

The room is exceptionally clean will super comfortable bed. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is one of the best!! So many choices. The staff is so helpful especially Chrissa and Popi. The were so attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Canal Suites is the place to be when you visit Kythnos. Every staff member from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Splendida location con vista mare, camera di design e confortevole con patio dove consumare l'ottima colazione. Nella stanza non c'era l'armadio ma solo qualche gruccia , per me che ero da sola è andato bene uguale ma se si è in 2 potrebbe essere scomodo Un grazie a Chrjsa e Nicole sempre gentili e disponibili a dare consigli e aiuto. Tornerei anche domani!!!!
